EXCEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY

mighty

By Awesome Deeds

Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed. O You who hear prayer,  To You all flesh will come.  Iniquities prevail against me;  As for our transgressions,  You will provide atonement for them.  Blessed is the man You choose,  And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts.  We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house,  Of Your holy temple. By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas;  Who established the mountains by His strength, Being clothed with power;   You who still the noise of the seas,  The noise of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples. Psalm 65:1-7

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,  to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

God who is a God of power will answer His trusting ones with awesome deeds in righteousness and do exceedingly abundantly above all that they ask ,pray or think. They have His word on it, the word of a God who doesn’t lie. The word of a God who can do all things but fail His trusting ones. The word of a God who created heaven and earth and sustains it. The Word of a God who    miraculously  parted the Red Sea so that His people could safely go to the other side, and drowned their enemies in the same sea. The word of a God who inhabits the praises of His people The word of a God who delivered Daniel from the den of lions, and made his enemies to be a nonexistent thing by the same lions. The word of a God who healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, raised the dead and cast out devils. The word of a God who raised Jesus Christ from the dead to sit at His right hand! The word of a God who is the same yesterday, today and forever! The word of God who will create a new heaven and a new earth!

Sing, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!  The LORD has taken away your judgments, He has cast out your enemy. The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; You shall see disaster no more.  In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: “Do not fear; Zion, let not your hands be weak. The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:14-17

So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts. ‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!” ‘ ” Zechariah 4:6-7

We fail to get the victory over all things in life because we fail to look unto Jesus in all things who is not only the source of our total supply and everything that we need but our Friend, Savior, Mighty one, our God and the undefeated one. No one and not anything can stand against Him and the power of His name. Everything must bow at the persistent use of the name of Jesus be it sickness, disease, poverty or lack! Jesus Christ is our Victor, Savior, Healer, Deliverer, Provider and everything that we need. Hence those who love Him are doers of the word of God not hearers only. God’s word is unchanging:

“And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.  Matthew 10:7-8

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another John 13:34-35

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.  “These things I command you, that you love one another John 15:16-17

Let all bitterness and indignation {and} wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarreling (brawling, clamor, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind). And become useful {and} helpful {and} kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32 Amplified Bible

THEREFORE BE imitators of God [copy Him {and} follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]. And walk in love, [esteeming and delighting in one another] as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God [for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance. Ephesians 5:1-2 Amplified Bible

Jesus Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God. He came not only to restore us to God but to restore us all that we had lost in the Garden of Eden including being heirs of the kingdom and sons of God  He came to give us  life so that His life  also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.  He came to restore to us the years that the swarming locust has eaten…” (Joel 2:25). Yes, God loves to restore what has been devoured in our lives. That’s His specialty. In the process of restoration God brings the object of restoration back in a better way than was its former state and He increases it and multiplies it. He always likes to add more just like He did for Job. When God restored Job, He gave unto Job—double (Job 42:10). That’s just the nature of God. God’s word is unchanging:

“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us” Romans 5:1–5.

My brethren, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of suffering and patience. Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord-that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. James 5:10-11

When the devil comes to kill, steal and destroy, God has set forever in eternity that we must get back sevenfold. And God will restore us in a better way than we were at first and then He will increase and multiply what was stolen. That’s our God because God is good. And for anyone that gives up houses, lands, brothers, sisters, possessions in this life time for the sake of the gospel, God will restore back one hundredfold now! (Mark 10:29, 30). The Lord does abundantly above what we can ask. He does abundantly above what we can think (Eph. 3:20).  When we stand in faith and believe that God is hugely enthusiastic about wanting to bring restoration into our lives, we truly honor Him.

Our Father in heaven is good and He is the Great Restorer. We should have high hopes about that and believe it, no matter what happens. Believe that God not only wants to restore what has been robbed and plundered in our life and in other people’s lives, but He also wants to add blessings to that which is restored. “Blessings are on the head of the righteous…” (Proverbs 10:6). That’s our head!

Yes, in the world we will have tribulation but we can be of good cheer for Jesus overcame the world. Yes, If God is for us, who can be against us?  He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?  Yes,  the Lord has promised to take care of His trusting ones according to His riches and glory! He owns everything! We are moving into a time of restoration for His people and an outpouring of great financial blessings. God’s trusting ones can stand fast and believe that the Lord is prospering them and restoring them, no matter what the world economy looks like, for God’s word is unchanging:

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.  I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive. Jeremiah 29:11-14

Then the LORD will be zealous for His land, And pity His people.  The LORD will answer and say to His people, “Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil,  And you will be satisfied by them; I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations.  “But I will remove far from you the northern army, And will drive him away into a barren and desolate land,  With his face toward the eastern sea And his back toward the western sea;  His stench will come up,  And his foul odor will rise,  Because he has done monstrous things.”

Fear not, O land; Be glad and rejoice, For the LORD has done marvelous things! Do not be afraid, you beasts of the field;  For the open pastures are springing up,  And the tree bears its fruit; The fig tree and the vine yield their strength. Be glad then, you children of Zion,  And rejoice in the LORD your God;  For He has given you the former rain faithfully,  And He will cause the rain to come down for you- The former rain,  And the latter rain in the first month.  The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.

“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten,  The crawling locust, The consuming locust,  And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied,  And praise the name of the LORD your God,   Who has dealt wondrously with you;  And My people shall never be put to shame. Joel 2:18-26

The Lord desires to bless our lives with His choicest and rich blessings and help us to be a blessing to others, too. He wants to take control of our lives and help us to glorify Him. He who blessed and gave Abraham unlimited riches will do the same to His trusting ones for He is no respecter of persons and shows partiality to no one.  His word is unchanging:

“Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness, You who seek the LORD: Look to the rock from which you were hewn,  And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug.  Look to Abraham your father, And to Sarah who bore you;  For I called him alone,  And blessed him and increased him.” For the LORD will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places;  He will make her wilderness like Eden,  And her desert like the garden of the LORD; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody. Isaiah 51:1-3

You Have A Friend In Jesus

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

The poor and needy always have a friend in Jesus, whose understanding is unsearchable. Having lived as a man and was in all points tempted as they are, yet without sin they have some one who sympathize with their weaknesses, and understands all that they are going through. And being God the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, He has more than enough power to move and act on their behalf. He who walked the shores of the sea of Galilee is still the same healing and miracle working Jesus. God’s word is unchanging:

And He was preaching in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and casting out demons. Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” As soon as He had spoken, immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed. And He strictly warned him and sent him away at once, and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing those things which Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.” testimony to them.” However, he went out and began to proclaim it freely, and to spread the matter, so that Jesus could no longer openly enter the city, but was outside in deserted places; and they came to Him from every direction.Mark 1:39-45

Therefore the LORD will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the LORD is a God of justice; Blessed are all those who wait for Him.For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem; You shall weep no more. He will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry; When He hears it, He will answer you. Isaiah 30:18-19

For those who come to Jesus Christ and touch Him by faith He is able to do for them exceedingly abundantly above all that they ask think or pray just like Jesus promised, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23). “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them (Mark 11:24). But for some people the whole process is a complete waste of time because they don’t mix the word of God with faith and it doesn’t profit them. God’s word is unchanging:

Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. Hebrews 4:1-3

“Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. “Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. “But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. “Now the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity. “But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience. Luke 8:11-15

Yes there are those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved or healed or delivered. Then there are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. Then there are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity. But then there are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience. Faith is our friend and unbelief is our enemy.

Unbelief if unchecked robs us of all the things that God has for us just like it robbed the children of Israel who were miraculously delivered from their Egyptian captors and spoils with the wealth and riches of Egypt from going into the promised land. Only Joshua and Caleb who had a different spirit in them and has followed the LORD fully, did He bring into the land where they went, and their descendants inherited it. God’s word is uchanging:

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body-whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free-and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:13

Just because the Holy Spirit has been poured out on all flesh doesn’t mean that everybody is saved or healed or delivered. And the number of deceived fools that we have in the world is proof of this!

There are two sides to this issue: the legal and the experiential. Legally, by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body. Experientially, most people have not entered into the experience. In faith, we must appropriate in experience all that is already ours by legal right through our faith in Christ. The same is true with salvation. Derek Prince in his book “BLESSING OR CURSE YOU CAN CHOOSE!” brings out the following truths:

In John 1:12—13 the apostle says, concerning those who have been born again through receiving Jesus, that God has given them “the right to become children of God.” The Greek word translated “right” is exousia, usually translated “authority.” That is what a person actually receives at the new birth: authority to become a child of God.

Authority is effective, however, only insofar as it is exercised. The potential of the new birth is unlimited, but the actual results depend on the exercise of the authority that goes with it. What a person will become through the new birth is determined by the extent to which he exercises his God-given authority.

There is a close parallel between the experience of believers entering into the blessings of God in the New Covenant and that of the Israelites entering into Canaan under the Old Covenant. In the first covenant, under a leader named Joshua, God brought His people into a promised land. In the second covenant, under a leader named Jesus (which is another form of Joshua), God brings His people into a land of promises. Just as the land of Canaan was the physical inheritance appointed for Israel, so the promises of God, offered through Jesus, are the spiritual inheritance appointed for Christians in this dispensation. The same principles that applied to Israelites then apply to Christians now.

In Joshua 1:2—3 God gave Joshua instructions on how the Israelites were to take possession of their inheritance:

“Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and this entire people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel. “Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.”

There is precisely the same contrast of tenses here as in Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.. In verse 2, the Lord uses the continuing present: “I am giving” summed up in Revelation 21:7: “He who overcomes shall inherit all things.”

To further strengthen and encourage us, God has also set before us the example of Abraham, who is called “the father of us all.” Through Abraham, God did not merely establish the measure of the blessing He has prepared for each of us, which is “in all things.” He also marked out ahead the path that leads to that blessing. The life of Abraham is both an example and a challenge in three main areas: his prompt obedience, his complete confidence in God’s word and his stead- fast endurance.

In Hebrews 11:8 the writer emphasizes Abraham’s prompt, unquestioning obedience: “By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would afterward receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.”

Abraham did not ask for any explanation of why he should go, or any description of the place he was going to. He simply did what God told him to do, promptly, without questioning. The same kind of obedience characterized his entire life: for instance, when God required him and all his household to be circumcised (Genesis 17:9—14, 23—27); and even when God asked him to offer up his son, Isaac, as a sacrifice (Genesis 22:1—14). At no time did Abraham ever hesitate in his obedience or question God concerning what he was asked to do.

In Romans 4:16—21 Paul points out that when God called Abraham “a father of many nations,” he had only one son by Hagar, a slave woman, while Sarah, his wife, had been barren for many years. Yet he reckoned God’s description of him as true from the moment it was spoken. Because he thus accepted God’s word without questioning, even against the evidence of his own senses, ultimately there came a physical fulfillment that was confirmed by his senses.

Actually, about 25 years passed from the time God first promised Abraham that his descendants would be as numerous as the stars, until the birth of the son who was the promised heir. Through all those years he had nothing to hold onto but God’s promise. He must have faced endless temptations to discouragement. Yet he never gave up or abandoned his faith. Finally, the reward of his steadfastness is summed up in Hebrews 6:15: “And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.”

In Romans 4:11—12 Paul tells us that we are children of Abraham “if we walk in the steps of Abraham’s faith.” This is the scriptural requirement for entering into “the blessing of Abraham,” promised in Galatians 3:14. Like Abraham, we must accept God’s Word as the one sure, unchanging element in our experience. All the variable opinions of men, and all the fluctuating impressions of our senses, are just “grass that withers.” “But the word of our God stands forever” (Isaiah 40:8).

Our acceptance of God’s Word, however, must not be purely intellectual or theoretical. We must demonstrate it in our actions just as Abraham did: by prompt, unquestioning obedience and by steadfast endurance in the face of all discouragement. In this way, we shall find that God’s Word will ultimately be proved true in our experience. We shall come to know God’s blessing—just as Abraham did—”in all things.”

Satan will continually oppose us with mental and emotional pressures: doubts, fear, guilt, confusion and so on. He may also assail our bodies with various forms of physical infirmity. Against all this God has provided us with one supremely effective weapon: His Word. In Ephesians 6:17 Paul directs us: “Take . . . the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”

This requires the interplay of the human and the divine. The sword is the sword of the Holy Spirit, but it is our responsibility to “take” it. If we take it, the Holy Spirit will wield it. But if we do not take it, the Holy Spirit has nothing to wield.

…Faith …reckons God’s promises as effective from the moment they are apprehended. We do not wait for confirmation from the senses. By prompt, unquestioning obedience and patient endurance, we move from our legal rights in Christ into the full, experiential enjoyment of them. We meet all satanic opposition with “the sword of the Spirit”: the spoken Word of God.

A Bondservant Of God

BD
Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds. 2 Corinthians 12:12

Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect and the acknowledgment of the truth which accords with godliness, in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began, but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior; Titus 1:1

We have today many preachers of the gospel but few ministers of the gospel, especially with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds and who have come to serve like Jesus did, who did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. True men of God are never be appointed by any man or college, institution or church based solely on their own initiative, separate from the direction of the Holy Spirit. True men of God are anointed ones called and chosen by God Himself. True men of God don’t have to say anything about who they are but the anointing that is upon them speaks for them and it’s demonstrated by character, miracles, signs and wonders and mighty deeds.

Yes, true men of God are God made, not man made! They exist with the purpose of the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head-Christ- from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love (Ephesians 4:11-16). God’s word is unchanging:

Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way. 1 Corinthians 12:27-31

We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 1 John 3:14-18

Yes, true men of God walk in love and have spiritual gifts, especially prophesy – speaking edification and exhortation and comfort to men. True men of God don’t deny the gifts of the Spirit or fight with those who do. They preach the whole counsel of God and lay down their lives for the brethren and not take their lives nor their money, talents or time! God’s word is unchanging:

“For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God. “Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. “For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. “Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves. “Therefore watch, and remember that for three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears. “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. “I have coveted no one’s silver or gold or apparel. “Yes, you yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities, and for those who were with me. “I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ” Acts 20:27-35

Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Philippians 2:3-8

True men of God don’t do anything through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind esteem others better than themselves. They look not only for their own interests, but also for the interests of others. They make for themselves no reputation but are bondservant, and walk in love and humility. They imitate Christ and are not the clone of others! They have an attitude of servant hood always seeking “the profit of many that they may be saved” (1 Corinthians 10:32-33). They are taught by God and not by men (John 14:26, 15:26, 16:7-15, 1 John 2:20, 27). They allow tribulations to help build character and produce perseverance and hope (Romans 5:3-5). God’s word is unchanging:

“A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, loving favor rather than silver and gold” Proverbs 22:1

There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots. The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD. His delight is in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears; But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked. ” Isaiah 11:1-2

”But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, and the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:10-16

True men of God have the Spirit of the Lord resting upon them, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. They judge not by the sight of their eyes, nor decide by the hearing of their ears; but with righteousness they judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth. They strike the earth with the rod of their mouth, and with the breath of their lips they slay the wicked just like Jesus did. Woe to you doesn’t mean something good is going to happen to you? And that is exactly what Jesus told and cursed the false ones.

Jesus was tapped into the ever increasing, flowing river of constant knowledge and revelation. True men of God flow in the mind of Christ and minister in the mantles of knowledge. They live and move in the ever increasing, flowing river of constant knowledge and revelation. Since the Holy Spirit is just as much God as the Father and the Son, true men of God are not afraid to worship the Third “Person” of the Godhead as well as God the Father and God the Son. True men of God who have the strongest anointing have developed an intimate relationship and exchange with Holy Spirit! True men of God love and execute justice just like Jesus did. The bible records:

Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the moneychangers doing business. When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables. And He said to those who sold doves, “Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!” Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up.” John 2:13-17

True men of God call forth those things that are not as though they were. True men of God ask God to send angels to work in their life and ministry. For true men of God heaven, the second heaven and the realm of the invisible would are real to them. Heavenly glory along with the spirit of prophecy touches their lives and they have divine wisdom and revelation to see and experience God in the reality of the supernatural. True men of God prophetically call forth reinforcements in the angelic realm and bring healing to many in the ministry who are under attack. Angels were important in the ministry of Jesus and visited Him so often at vital times in His life. They ministered to Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane and after His forty-day fast. They imparted divine strength and life to Him.

True men of god honor healing and preach healing and get healing! True men of God honor salvation and preach salvation, and get salvation. True men of God honor and talk about the supernatural or angels, and miracles happen and angels show up. God’s word is unchanging:

“Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the voice of His word.” Psalm 103:20

This poor man cried out, and the LORD heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them. Psalm 34:6-7

Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 107:19-20

Yes, it’s the angels job to go and carry out God’s word and deliver God’s trusting ones from destruction and in bringing them healing. We need angels in healing because many sicknesses and diseases today are caused by demons. So we need angels to come and war and take authority over the demonic realm. Yes angels do heed “the voice of His word,” the word spoken by God’s saints on the earth. They heed His voice as it comes through His saints who declare His word on the earth. According to Jesus’ words, what we do and don’t do can bind and release heaven. Whatever we loose in heaven is loosed on earth, or whatever we bind on earth is bound in the heavens (Matthew. 16:19). So as we proclaim decree and prophesy God’s will in our lives, a church and in a region, the angels carry out His word concerning His activities on the earth. Yes, angels are commissioned to carry out the word that God’s servants speak and prophecy.

Yes, true men of God have an anointing on them to release signs and wonders, not just physical healing and miracles. Because we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, we need to see into the invisible realm and use all the ministering angels who are at our disposal. We have authority to release angels to work on our behalf through prayer. God’s word is unchanging:

Therefore he sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city. And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, and said, “LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 2 Kings 6:14-17

Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him. Matthew 4:11

And suddenly, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword, struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear. But Jesus said to him, “Put your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will perish by the sword. “Or do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels? “How then could the Scriptures be fulfilled, that it must happen thus?” Matthew 26:51-54

Yes, Elisha, as a true man of God, didn’t trust in what his natural senses felt or saw; his mind wasn’t on the temporal but on the eternal. He was aware that he had a greater army on his side. And in the same way those who are for us are greater than those who are against us. We are called to a life of signs and wonders and we set our mind on things above rather that the temporal, God will open the eyes of our heart to the invisible realm. And just like the angels came and minister to Jesus they can come and minister to us. We can ask the Father at any time to provide us with more than twelve legions of angels, as we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. But the good news is that Jesus, the Great Commander of the Hosts is above all things that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers He is the Lord of the armies, the Chief, the commander of the army of the Lord. He is also the King of Kings, Lord of Lords and God of Gods. God’s word is unchanging:

“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. Colossians. 1:16

TUNE IN :

He that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. – 1 Corinthians 14:2

Have you ever looked around at your own life or the life of the Church and wondered why it’s taking the Lord so long to get things in order?

If so, let me tell you something I learned a few years ago. He’s not the One who’s slow. We are!

It’s not God’s fault that the Church still has spots and wrinkles. It’s not His fault that we’re not living in total victory. He’s always ready. He’s the great “I AM.” We’re the ones who fall short.

Compare it to turning on a radio. If you don’t have it tuned to exactly the right frequency, you won’t be able to hear the station. It’s not the station’s fault. It’s sending out signals perfectly. The problem is, you haven’t tuned in to it.

That’s what’s happening with you and me. We haven’t fine tuned our spirits enough to pick up the voice of the Spirit. Oh, we pick up a few things now and then, but mostly we just fade in and out. We don’t stay on God’s wavelength all the time.

How do you adjust your spiritual tuner?

By praying in the Spirit. Praying in other tongues is the fastest, most effective method I know of to tune in to God–because instead of praying your own thoughts and plans, you’re praying His!

The Bible says that when you pray in tongues, you’re speaking mysteries to God. In the Spirit, you’re calling forth parts of God’s plan you don’t even understand with your natural mind. By the unction of the Holy Spirit, you’re praying the perfect will of God.

You see, God knows how to deliver His people. He knows how to turn us into the glorious Church without spot or wrinkle. He has a plan that will do it. And if we’ll tap into that plan and start releasing it into the earth by praying in the Spirit, praying according to His will and not our own, this age will draw to a close quickly. If we’ll all get our minds and hearts in tune with what God’s doing, there will be an explosion of the power of God that will turn this world around!

Start adjusting your spiritual tuner today. Spend an hour praying in other tongues. Set your spirit on God’s wavelength and just see how quickly the spots and wrinkles begin to disappear from you.

See The Abundance Within You

…For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21

When you were younger, were you often scolded for not finishing all your food or leaving the lights and fan on when you left your room? Were you constantly reminded that there are people starving in the world, that electricity costs a lot of money and that money doesn’t grow on trees? Now, do you find yourself telling your child the same things?

We are naturally conscious of lack, but Jesus isn’t. Even in the midst of lack, He was always conscious of abundance. Remember the little boy’s five loaves and two fish? What did Jesus do when these were placed in His hands? Did He say, “What do you expect Me to do with so little?” No, His eyes were not on the natural, the visible, the lack. His eyes were on the kingdom of God where there is always abundance. So in His hands, the little boy’s lunch was multiplied, and 5,000 men, not counting women and children, were fed that day! (John 6:1–13)

God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack in your natural circumstances. He doesn’t want you to live by how much you earn or how much you have in the bank. Now, I am not encouraging you to spend foolishly beyond your means. I am saying that God wants you to be conscious of the abundance of resources in His kingdom.

“But Pastor, where is that kingdom?”

As long as you have received Jesus as your Savior, that kingdom is in you!

Jesus said that “the kingdom of God is within you”. This means that the kingdom of God is not some physical place. It is within you and it is where the abundance of resources is. So if you want to experience abundance in your life, be conscious first of the abundance inside you. Then, what is inside you will become a reality on the outside.

Beloved, God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack you see outside you. He wants you to be conscious of the abundance within you because His kingdom is within you!

Thought For The Day
The kingdom of God, where there is always abundance, is within you!

God does not end in defeat.
He didn’t say, “Most of the time, I will cause you to triumph.” No,

He said, “I will always cause you to triumph.”
You may go through difficulties,
through unfair situations or
through betrayals,

but the point is that you are going through.
You’re not staying there!
It’s not permanent.

Defeat is not your normal state.
If all is not well in your life that simply means you haven’t made it to your new destination.

Stay in faith,
keep declaring His Word and
keep moving forward
because it is well with you!

WAKE UP AND FIGHT

esther-one-night-movie

For the record, the book of Esther is not an evangelical story.  There are many interesting things about the book of Esther which preachers never talk about including Greg Laurie. First of all it’s all about politics resulting from Mordecai not bowing down before Haman. Second God is not mentioned once. Third Esther was a reluctant participant in the process! Finally Esther and Mordecai ensure that Haman is destroyed and Mordecai gets Haman’s wealth and power!

In reality the real hero of the book of Esther is not Esther but Mordecai of whom the bible states:

Esther 10: 1  And King Ahasuerus imposed tribute on the land and on the islands of the sea. 2  Now all the acts of his power and his might, and the account of the greatness of Mordecai, to which the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia? 3    For Mordecai the Jew was second to King Ahasuerus, and was great among the Jews and well received by the multitude of his brethren, seeking the good of his people and speaking peace to all his countrymen.

In reality the book of Esther is an encouragement for Christians to get involved in politics and destroy their enemies including incompetent President Obama and his Demoncrats who want to take away their God given rights!

Greg Laurie: There Are No Coincidences, Only Providence

BY ANUGRAH KUMAR, CHRISTIAN POST CONTRIBUTOR

September 17, 2013|10:41 am

Pastor Greg Laurie of Southern California’s Harvest Church encouraged believers to use their influence, gifts, and talents for God’s glory, explaining from the story of Esther that there are no coincidences, but only providence in Christians’ lives.

The title of Laurie’s sermon on Sunday was, “For Such a Time as This,” the first in a series on the book of Esther.

Many of us like fairy tales, which typically end with the phrase “and they lived happily ever after,” Laurie told the congregation in his Riverside church and an online audience. But the truth is that life is not a fairy tale, he added. “Life is full of pain and unexpected twists and turns,” he said, adding, however, that the bigger picture is that we will live happily ever after but only when we get to heaven.

“In this story, there are no fairies, no witches, no princes, and no mermaids,” he said. However, there is a beautiful orphan girl named Esther who wins a beauty contest and becomes a queen. There is also an evil man who plots the destruction of her people. But because of her bravery, she saves her nation, and they really do live happily ever after, Laurie explained.

He noted that it’s a story where God is not specifically mentioned or prayed to in an overt way. “And yet God is clearly all over this book from beginning to end.” As Christians, we do not believe in coincidence, but in providence, he stated.

The story of Esther begins with Xerxes, the king of Persia, the pastor said. He ruled over a vast Persian empire that ranged from India to Ethiopia. He was raised as a royal, the son of Darius and the grandson of Cyrus.

History depicts Xerxes as a towering figure, a large man who stood taller than his contemporaries, Laurie added. He was also intolerant and insensitive, and he was lacking in people skills.

Xerxes decides to throw a great feast for all his kingdom, Laurie said, as he narrated the incident. Everyone is invited to the palace to eat the finest food and to drink as much as they wanted. During the feast, the king decides to bring in his beautiful queen, Vashti, to parade before his lords and subjects. But to his surprise, she refuses because she didn’t want to be treated as a mere object, a possession.

“The king’s buddies tell him he cannot allow Vashti to get away with this, because the other women in the kingdom would also never obey their husbands,” the pastor added. “They convinced him to fire Vashti. So the king needed a new queen, and what better way to do that than having a beauty contest. The most beautiful woman in Persia would become the next queen.”
This was significant because God wanted His person, Esther, to get into the palace, Laurie said.

So they had a contest for a new bride for Xerxes, the pastor continued. Many girls dream of becoming queen, Laurie mentioned. According to Jewish historian Josephus, about 400 women participated in the beauty contest. They found the most attractive virgins, who then underwent an extensive makeover.

This is when Hadassah, also known as Esther, came into the scene. She was quickly identified because of her beauty. But she was beautiful also on the inside; she had inner character; and later we see she was also brave, Laurie said.

God has given different gifts to different people, he added. “We need to cultivate our talents and use them for the glory of God… Do you know what your gifts are?”

Laurie read from Esther 2:10, “Esther had not told anyone of her nationality and family background, because Mordecai had directed her not to do so.” There is time to speak and there’s time to be silent, he explained.

“So Esther did become the queen. And if this were a fairy tale, the story would have ended with, ‘And they lived happily ever after.’ But this is not a fairy tale,” Laurie said.

Every good story has to have a protagonist and a villain, he added. “In Esther’s story, it was Haman, who would manipulate to get whatever he wanted. He hatched a plot to exterminate the Jewish race, and told the king about it. Xerxes signed a decree to that effect, without realizing that he had signed a death sentence for his own queen as well.”

Esther won the contest for a reason, Laurie explained. “But she was not prepared to use her influence to save the Jews, as she feared being put to death if she went into the king’s presence without being summoned. Then Mordecai told Esther what she needed to know. ‘If you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?’ as given in Esther 4:14.”

Esther finally put her beauty and feminine influence to deliver God’s people from death, risking her own life, Laurie said.

Like Esther, who was in the right place at the right time, God prepares all believers to use them, he added. Christians should be aware of what is happening around them, and should not isolate themselves, he said. They should infiltrate and permeate, and use their influence to glorify God.

HEALING AND DELIVERANCE

DBHow Jesus Can Heal You

“Jesus went about preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.” (Matthew 9:35)

“God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power, who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil.” (Acts 10:38)

Sickness and disease are works of the devil. Jesus healed every sickness and disease freeing people from Satan’s oppression. Jesus wants you to be healed. God healed people in the Old Testament as well as in the New Testament. In Exodus, the Lord is revealed as Jehovah Rapha, “I am the Lord that healeth thee.” (Ex. 15:26) In Psalms 103:3, He is One “who healeth all thy diseases.” Jesus Christ is “the same yesterday, today, and forever.” (Heb. 13:8) He will heal you!

Sickness came to man after the fall in the garden. Sickness is part of the curse because of sin. In Isaiah, the Bible says, “But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed.” (Isa. 53:5) Jesus not only took our sins on the cross, but also our sicknesses.

By Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, we are legally free from sin and sickness. “Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24) Healing now belongs to all believers. It is our legal right because of what Jesus has already done for us in redemption.

Some may question if it is God’s will to heal all. A leper once questioned His will, “saying, ‘Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.’ ” Jesus answered him, ” ‘I will; be thou clean.’ And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.” (Mt. 8:2-3) Jesus showed His will by healing the leper. It is God’s will for you to be healed. Just as Jesus said to the centurion concerning his servant, “I will come and heal him (Mt. 8:7),” He says the same to you: “I will come and heal you.”

Since the devil causes sickness, we must take authority over the devil in order to be healed. Jesus has given us authority over Satan. “Behold, I give unto you authority . . . over all the power of the enemy.” (Lk. 10:19) The authority of Jesus is released when we speak in the name of Jesus. At the gate of the temple, Peter said to the lame man, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” (Acts 3:6) In testifying how the man was healed, Peter said, “His name through faith in His name hath made this man strong.” (Acts 3:16) In Mark 16:17-18, Jesus said, “These signs shall follow them that believe: in my name shall they cast out devils; . . . they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” We take authority over the devil and minister healing in the name of Jesus. Healing is your legal right, and you can possess it by taking authority over the sickness from Satan in the name of Jesus.

Healing is ministered in many ways. One way is to “lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.” (Mk. 16:18) Jesus touched the hand of Peter’s wife’s mother and the fever left her. (Mt. 8:15) Paul laid his hands on the father of Publius and healed him. (Acts 28:8)

Healing is also released through anointing with oil. The twelve disciples “anointed with oil many that were sick and healed them.” (Mk. 6:13) Those that are sick are instructed to “call for the elders of the church and have them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and, the prayer of faith shall save (heal) the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.” (Jas. 5:14-15)

Healing is often manifested when one casts demon spirits out of a person. “And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake.” (Lk. 11:14)

Sometimes, the demon spirit of infirmity must be dealt with before any healing is to be ministered. “And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years and was bowed together and couldn’t lift herself up. . . . [Jesus] said unto her, ‘Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.’ And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight and glorified God.” (Lk. 13:11-13) Many diseases are rooted in demon spirits which must be cast out.

Often, demon spirits of infirmity are in us as a result of inherited generational curses. In Numbers, the Bible says, “The iniquity of the fathers is visited upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.” (Nu. 14:18) Because of the sins of your ancestors, inherited curses enforced by demonic spirits of infirmity could be upon you. The generational curses must be broken and the demons cast out before the healing can come forth.

Healing can also be taken hold of by speaking or praying the Word of God. “He sent His Word and healed them and delivered them from their destruction.” (Ps. 107:20) “Speak the Word only, and my servant shall be healed.” (Mt. 8:8) “When ye pray, believe that ye receive [literal Greek word: lambano, meaning to take hold of] them, and ye shall have them.” (Mk. 11:24) “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain [lambano, to take hold of] mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Heb. 4:16) Act on the Word of God and take hold of the healing power of God through one of these means. God’s healing power will flow into your body.

When receiving healing, the results sometimes come immediately. Often, they come over time. Healing can be a little by little process. Don’t allow yourself to waver as the healing will surely come. Keep taking hold of the healing power of God until the manifestation comes.

“And He took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put His hands upon him, He asked if he saw anything. And he looked up and said, I see men as trees walking. After that He put His hands again upon his eyes and made him look up, and he was restored and saw every man clearly.” (Mk. 8:23-25) Here, Jesus ministered to the blind man, and there was a partial healing, as he saw men as trees. Jesus then ministered to him a second time, and he was totally healed and saw clearly. Jesus ministered healing until the healing was complete. We also are to continue to take hold of our healing and to pray without ceasing until the healing is manifest.

Sickness is from the devil. Jesus is the Healer. By His stripes on the cross, your sickness was laid upon Him. Jesus bore away your sickness and disease and redeemed you from the authority of Satan. Healing is now your legal right as a Christian. With your faith, you can take hold of healing.

It is now time to minister healing to you. “As He was teaching, the power of the Lord was present to heal them.” (Lk. 5:17) As you have been taught about how to be healed, the power of the Lord is present to heal you! Jesus asked one man, “What do you want Me to do for you?” (Lk. 18:41) What do you need for the Lord to do for you? As you declare your need before Him, begin to take hold of His mercy of healing. Believe that His healing power is flowing into your body. “According to your faith, be it unto you.” (Mk. 9:29) Jesus will never fail you. He will heal you as you take hold of His healing mercy with your faith. Come and take hold of your healing now!

Pray this prayer of faith to receive healing into your body:

“Heavenly Father, your Word declares that Jesus took my infirmities and bare away my sicknesses, and that by His stripes I was healed. It is your will to heal me, and it is my legal right to possess it. I take authority over all sickness and disease in my body in the name of the Lord Jesus. I break all inherited generational curses of infirmities, and I command spirits of infirmity to come out of me now in the name of Jesus. Sickness and disease, leave my body in the name of Jesus. I come boldly unto the throne of grace, and I take hold of your healing power. I thank you that your healing power is flowing into my body, healing me now! In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

By praying this prayer, you have released your faith, and healing is flowing into your body. Continue to pray this prayer until the healing is completely manifested. Don’t waver or doubt.

THE ETERNAL GOD IS YOUR REFUGE AND FRIEND

Deuteronomy 33: 25 Your sandals shall be iron and bronze; As your days, so shall your strength be.
26 ” There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, Who rides the heavens to help you, And in His excellency on the clouds.
27 The eternal God is your refuge, And underneath are the everlasting arms; He will thrust out the enemy from before you, And will say, ‘Destroy!’
28 Then Israel shall dwell in safety, The fountain of Jacob alone, In a land of grain and new wine; His heavens shall also drop dew.
29 Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD, The shield of your help And the sword of your majesty! Your enemies shall submit to you, And you shall tread down their high places.”

Deliverance For All Christians

Jesus said, “And all these signs shall follow them that believe: in My name shall they cast out demons, . . . .” (Mk. 16:17) This is the first sign Jesus listed in Mark 16 which is to follow believers in Christ. Unfortunately, this has been the last sign that believers have taken hold of. Most Christians have never cast demons out of anyone. Few pastors or ministers cast out demons, yet Jesus cast out demons daily! It is time for the body of Christ to wake up and begin to cast out demons.

Have you ever wondered why the body of Christ is so weak today? Many are sick in body, bruised emotionally with deep hurts and wounds, depressed mentally, carrying guilt and condemnation over their past, feeling insecure and inadequate with a low self-image, captive to bondages of alcohol, nicotine, or drugs, driven by lust or gluttony, and generally just defeated in life. This oppression of Christians is the work of Satan. Satan has accomplished his work through demon spirits operating in the lives of believers to bring them into bondage.

Many Christians are experiencing problems in their lives that they cannot explain. Many of these problems are a direct result of generational curses in their bloodlines. Further, this opens the door for the Devil to also afflict them in their bodies and their souls. Their souls being our minds, wills, and emotions. As a result they have problems in different areas of their lives including:

Emotional Problems: Resentment, hatred, anger, fear, rejection, jealousy, depression, worry or insecurity.

Mental Problems: Procrastination, Indecision, Doubt, Confusion, Compromise or Loss of Memory.

Speech Problems: Lying, Cursing, Blasphemy, Criticism, Mockery, Railing or Gossip.

Sex Problems: Fantasy Sex, Masturbation, Lust, Perversions, Homosexuality, Lesbianism, Fornication, Incest, Harlotry or Child Conceived Out of Wedlock.

Addictions: Nicotine, Alcohol, Drugs, Medicines, Caffeine or Food Etc.

Occult Involvement or Religious Error: Witchcraft, Seances, Spirit Guides, Horoscopes, False Religions, Eastern Religions, Mind Sciences, False Doctrines, Yoga, Karate, Reincarnation.

Physical Infirmities: Many diseases and physical infirmities are due to spirits of infirmity, unclean spirits or evil spirits to torment.

Now if God is dwelling in us as Christians, how come we are sick and have physical Infirmities? Many diseases and physical infirmities are due to spirits of infirmity, unclean spirits or evil spirits to torment. “The thief cometh not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy.” (John 10:10) All stealing, killing, and destruction in our life have been from the devil. “Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary walketh about seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:8) When they brought to Jesus sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them (Matthew 4:24). And Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 1:12, 13:8). So if the enemy has devoured us in any way, Jesus wants us to be restored and made whole.

In His earthly ministry, Jesus destroyed the works of the devil as He cast out demons and healed the sick. “He who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also.” (Jn. 14:12) Jesus has delegated His authority over the devil to us. It is now the responsibility of all believers to do the same works that He did and cast out demons to set the captives free!

Who is deliverance for? Unbelievers or believers? This question is important because many Christians have believed that Christians cannot have demons in them. Jesus said to the Greek woman who desired deliverance for her daughter, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of Israel.” (Mt.15:24) He was only sent to those who had a covenant with God, not to the worldly Gentiles. Jesus further said that deliverance was the “children’s bread” in Mark 7:27.

We further see that deliverance is for Christians because when demons are cast out, one can only stay free of the demons by walking in line with the Word of God. Those who walk in line with the Word are Christians. Thus, we see that deliverance could only be for believers in Christ. If demons were cast out of unbelievers, they would let the demons back in, since they would not walk according to the Word of God.

There are many Christians who have reasoned that there could not be any demons in them because the Holy Spirit is in them. They have concluded that no demons could be inside their soul or body because God’s presence dwells in them. That is logic from man and not from God. “Jesus went into the temple and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple . . . .” (Mk. 11:15) The Old Testament temple had three parts: the Holy of Holies, the Holy place, and the outer court. The New Testament temple of God is the believer in Christ. We are made up of three parts: spirit, soul, and body. In the Old Testament temple, God’s presence dwelt in the Holy of Holies. Wrongful buying and selling were going on in the temple in a different location than the Holy of Holies. Jesus cleansed the temple and “cast out” the wrongdoers. In like manner, God dwells in our spirit. Our soul or body can have spiritual wrong doers (demons) in them even though God dwells in our spirit. Demons do not dwell in our spirit. They dwell in the soul (will, intellect, and emotions) or the body. Demons do not leave our soul or body when we get born again; only the spirit is changed. Demons must be cast out of the soul and body. Just as Jesus cast out the physical wrongdoers out of the Old Testament temple, we must also cast out all the spiritual wrongdoers (demons) out of our temple.

How do demons enter a person? They come in through sin. Sin gives place to the devil so that demons can legally come and reside in us. Sin brings a curse, and curses are enforced by demons. Demons could not get into Jesus because He did not sin. We have all sinned and opened the door for demons to come in.

The number one way demons come into a person is from inheritance. “The iniquity of the fathers is visited upon the children to the third and fourth generation.” (Numbers 14:18) Every person is affected by inherited generational curses due to the sins of your fathers in the past generations. You probably have problem areas in your life which are like those your parents had.

Demons could have come into you while in the womb because of the actions of your parents. If you were not wanted, spirits of rejection probably came into you. Demons could have come in you throughout your childhood during times of fear, rebellion, rejection, abuse, or other traumatic events. During your adult life, demons could have come into you because of sin or any destructive events you have gone through. Any involvement in occult activity opens the door for demonic entrance.

Curses are the opposite of blessings. “The curse causeless shall not come.” (Prov. 26:2) In other words, there is always a cause for every curse, and that cause is sin. Curses are enforced by demon spirits. To get free, we need to get delivered from the demonic spirits which are the spiritual roots of our problems.

Jesus was made a curse for us that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Holy Spirit through faith. Jesus was made a curse that we might receive the blessing. In other words, we might not receive the blessing if we do not do something to receive the promise of God. The same distinction is spoken by the Holy Spirit in 2 Cor. 5:21: How that “Jesus was made to be sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in him..”

How do we receive deliverance in our life? First, we bind all demons in and around us. Next, we deal with all sin in our life. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 Jn. 1:9) Fellowship with God is restored when our sins are confessed. This breaks any legal hold for demons to stay in you or affect your life any further.

Then, we break curses from our sins or sins against us, and from the sins of our ancestors. We do this by declaring the remission of our sins and remitting the sins of our ancestors in all previous generations influencing our life. Now we are ready to cast out the demons.

Jesus has given us authority to cast out demons. This authority is in the name of Jesus. With authority, we command the demons to come out in Jesus’ name! In the Old Testament, the Israelites took the physical land by driving out all the physical inhabitants. We take our spiritual land (the promises of God) by driving out all the spiritual inhabitants (demons). We continue to cast out demons in area after area of our life to possess our freedom. “By little and little, I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased and inherit the land.” (Ex. 23:30) Deliverance is a progressive walk, not an event.

As we cast out demons, we must fill ourselves with the Word of God in order to maintain our deliverance. The demons would like to come back into us, but they cannot as long as we walk in the ways of God and stay clear of sin. “Sin no more lest a worse thing come unto thee.” (Jn. 5:14)

We fill ourselves with the Word when we hear and do it. We need to pray in tongues and pray with our understanding. We need to take our thoughts captive to the Word and think on good things. We must know our legal spiritual rights in Christ through study of the Word. We need to speak the Word of God and receive the promises. We need to praise and worship the Lord to fill ourselves with the Spirit. We need to be in church regularly. We must choose to forgive all those who have hurt us. We must repent from all sinful ways. We must walk in love toward everyone. As we do these things and follow the ways of the Lord, we will stay free of demons and maintain our deliverance.

Jesus daily preached the gospel of the kingdom, cast out demons, and healed the sick. We are to do the same. We all have demons to cast out because of sin. We also need to cast them out from our fellow believers to help them get free, also. If we pursue our enemies (demons) and destroy their works by aggressively casting them out, then the Lord “shall bruise Satan under [our] feet shortly (Ro. 16:20),” and we will be set free!

Jesus came for this very purpose that he might destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). The word might means that the Lord has put a “condition” on whether it happens or not. Without a doubt, Jesus himself defeated Satan at Calvary, hands down. He made an open show of him triumphing over him in it and stripping him of all power and weaponry. Jesus put the devil in his place, and we are to keep him there, where he belongs — under our feet. We are to tread on serpents and scorpions, which means to walk on them. But most Christians have no idea how much power is available for them. They are so ignorant that they do not yet know how to use it effectively against the enemy. May the spirit of revelation knowledge and wisdom come upon every believer, that we may know all that has made available to them. God’s word is unchanging:

But one testified in a certain place, saying: “What is man that You are mindful of him, Or the son of man that You take care of him? You have made him a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, And set him over the works of Your hands. You have put all things in subjection under his feet.” For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. Hebrews 2:6-8

YOU HAVE A FRIEND

DH

HE WILL SAVE US

FDHe Will Save Us

Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. Psalm 147:5

Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy, To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.  Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.  For our heart shall rejoice in Him, Because we have trusted in His holy name. Let Your mercy, O LORD, be upon us, Just as we hope in You. Psalm 33:18-22

(For the LORD is our Judge, The LORD is our Lawgiver,  The LORD is our King;  He will save us);  Isaiah 33:22

Christianity is not a religion but a relationship with a mighty God who is a Savior and everything that His trusting ones need! As a result God’s true children don’t have to accept any negative thing in their bodies, lives or circumstances be it sickness, disease, infirmity, poverty, bondage, lack, oppression or depression. God is more than enough to be all that they need and to deal with each one of their enemies. His word is unchanging:

“Therefore say to the children of Israel: ‘I am the LORD; I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. Exodus 6:6

O LORD, be gracious to us; We have waited for You.  Be their arm every morning,  Our salvation also in the time of trouble.  … The LORD is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.  Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times,  And the strength of salvation;  The fear of the LORD is His treasure. Isaiah 33:2-5

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:31-32

Sooner or later trouble comes to everyone! But for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior and are filled with the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19) the Lord is their salvation also in the time of trouble as well as the strength of salvation. The LORD who is our Judge, the LORD who is our Lawgiver, the LORD who is our King, the Lord who is our all; He will save us. God’s word is unchanging:

The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,  And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;  It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,  The excellence of Carmel and Sharon.  They shall see the glory of the LORD,  the excellency of our God.   Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees.  Say to those who are fearful-hearted,  “Be strong, do not fear!  Behold, your God will come with vengeance,  With the recompense of God;  He will come and save you.”  Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.  Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing.  For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness,  And streams in the desert.  The parched ground shall become a pool,  And the thirsty land springs of water;  In the habitation of jackals, where each lay,  There shall be grass with reeds and rushes. And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away. Isaiah 35:1-10

Yes, the Lord who makes the desert rejoice and blossom abundantly as the rose, even with joy and singing, will come with vengeance,  with the recompense of God;  He will come and save His trusting ones! They have His word on it. The Word of God of a God who doesn’t and cannot lie! Yes, He who opened the eyes of the blind, unstopped the ears of the deaf, made the lame leap like a dear and the tongue of the dumb sing, has not changed and is the same yesterday today and forever. He is still the great and powerful and wonderful miracle working God who can do anything but fail His trusting ones! As a result the ransomed of the LORD shall return with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away (Isaiah 35:10, Ephesians 3:20-21).

We are to remember that poverty is not the will of God for any believer. Despite this truth, some people have taken a “vow of poverty.” Some Christians believe that poverty is part of being holy and righteous. This is far from the truth. Poverty has nothing to do with godliness. To be poor or impoverished means, “to be without; in lack; deprived.” You and I don’t serve a God of lack and insufficiency. He’s the God of the exceeding and abundant who wants to lavish us with His goodness. From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible proves that poverty goes against everything God desires for believers. Poverty is a spirit designed to keep believers in financial bondage. The devil uses this spirit to hinder Christians from prospering and ultimately fulfilling their destiny of being a blessing to the entire world (Genesis 12:2-3). God favors prosperity. According to Psalm 35:27 and 3 John 2, He is pleased when we prosper in our spirit, soul and body. His desire is that we prosper economically, socially, emotionally, mentally and physically

Unfortunately for them, many believers accept debt, financial hardship, substandard living, sickness and troubled relationships as a part of life. They settle for less than God’s best, unaware of their covenant rights with Him.  As Christians and as King’s kids we have the right to prosper or succeed in every area of life-financially, emotionally, socially, mentally and physically. We have the right to total life prosperity!   We can increase our knowledge base of what our covenant rights are by studying what the Bible has to say concerning God’s people. From finances to owning a successful corporation, we can learn how to lay hold of our inheritance of a life of prosperity now! We can overcome the devil through our testimony and confession as greater is He that is in us than He that is in the world. We can tell the devil:

Satan, our Jesus is bigger than any disease or problem you might give us. You are overcome by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of our testimony! (Rev. 12:11). We are washed clean by the blood of Jesus and by His stripes we are healed, and we refuse to accept the curse of sin and sickness and poverty and lack.  We bind you right now by the Spirit of God in Jesus’ name. You foul devil of cancer, liver or diabetes or any other incurable disease, we command you to take your hands off our family and us right now in the name of Jesus. We curse the seed and we curse the root of every cancer, liver, diabetes and bad cell in our bodies and we command them to die in the name of Jesus. We speak a new immune system or any other system into our being and we speak a new blood system into our bodies, a blood system that will not accept cancer or foul cells. And in the mighty name of Jesus which is above every name, we command all of the electrical and chemical frequencies in every cell in our body to be in harmony and in balance and to digest the bad cells. We command everything in our bodies to be healed and made whole and to function properly for the reason it was created and to stay functioning until Jesus returns. In Jesus name we come against and rebuke anything evil, wicked, wrong, sick or negative thing in our bodies, hearts, circumstances and lives and command it to go away and never come back, in Jesus name. Amen and amen!

We are redeemed from the curse as Jesus had become a curse for us, Galatians 3:13, and His blood is flowing in our blood stream. It flows to every cell of our body, restoring life and health. (Mark 11:23; Luke 17:6.) The life of First Peter 2:24 is a reality in our  flesh, restoring every cell of our  body for by Jesus stripes we were healed.  We have presented our body to God for it is the temple of the LIVING GOD. And God now dwells in us and His LIFE permeates our SPIRIT, SOUL and BODY so that we are filled with the fullness of God daily and preach the whole counsel of God. (Rom.12: 1,2; John 14:20, Acts 20:27.)  Our body is the temple of the HOLY GHOST and not our own. In Jesus name we  make a demand on our body to release the right chemicals, to be in perfect chemical balance and for our pancreas to secrete the proper amount of insulin for life and health. (1 Corinthians. 6:19.)

Satan we speak to you and in the authority of Jesus’ Name and we say to all your principalities and powers, your master spirits that rule this present darkness, and your spiritual wickedness in high places they are all totally and completely bound here as they are already bound in Heaven.  We are loosed from all your power according to Colossians 1:13, as God has delivered us  from the power of darkness and conveyed me into the kingdom of the Son of His love which is above every thrones or dominions or principalities or power, past, present or future. We are saved, healed, delivered and filled with the Spirit of God through the name and blood of Jesus. We command that you take your hands off all that touches and concerns us especially our finances and to restore in Jesus name seven fold everything that you have stolen from us for we are God’s property!

We also can use our angels and release them to make real our blessings:

Man was created a little lower than God, and angels were created lower than man. In Christ, we have a right to all that is God’s and all that is at His disposal, including angels. Angels are ministering spirits assigned to minister to and for the heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:13-14). As a born-again believers, that means us!

The terms of our covenant with God are administered, managed, supplied, executed, superintended, dispensed, distributed and furnished through the ministry of angels.

Praying in the name (authority) of Jesus. “If you ask anything in My name, I will do it (John 14:14).

Declaring that we are heirs of salvation and God. (ROM 8:17, GAL 3:29, EPH 3:6, 2TM 3:9, TI 3:7 HEB 6:17, HEB 11:9, JMS 2:5)

Declaring that they have been sent to minister to our needs. Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? (Hebrews 1:14).

As long as we remain in the will of God, angels are charged with our protection and deliverance (Psalm 91:11, AMP; 34:7; Daniel 3:28-29; 6:22; Acts 12:7-9; 27:22-23).

For God’s promises to be established in our life, we must decree them (You will also declare a thing,  And it will be established for you;  So light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28). We also decree that  have a covenant with God and the anointing to get wealth. “And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. (Deuteronomy 8:18)

Angels only respond to the voice of God’s Word that we decree (Bless the LORD, you His angels,  Who excel in strength, who do His word,  Heeding the voice of His word. Bless the LORD, all you His hosts,  You ministers of His, who do His pleasure. Psalm 103:20-21). Then, they can carry out His pleasure in our life–our prosperity (Psalm 35:27).  We can command them to hearken to the voice of God’s Word that we speak. We can commanding them to go to the north, south, east and west to divinely clear the path to our wealthy place. We can rejoice, knowing that our covenant is established with God. Concentrating on circumstances rather than on God’s promises causes many people to struggle. Our situation may seem impossible, but we focus on our covenant instead. Walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).

We rejoice in the fact that angels are available even when things seem impossible. Example: The prophet Elisha and his servant were surrounded by the enemy’s army but were delivered through the ministry of angels.

So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, “Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. 2 Kings 6:14-18

YOU HAVE A FRIEND

FEYou Have A Friend In Jesus

My Jesus is a Man of War

ACMy Jesus is a Man of War

(Exodus 15:3, . Revelation 19:11, Author Unknown)

Some think of Jesus calm and shy

And quite as a mouse.

But I see Jesus as my Lord

And guard of all my house.

Some say He’s tender, meek and mild

And doesn’t raise His voice.

But I can see Him charge through Hell

To give to man his choice.

Some say His hands are always clean

He won’t let His feelings show.

But I can see Him roll His sleeves

And fight off every foe.

My Jesus walks  through Hell itself

To set the captives free.

My Jesus upturned the table tops

To gain His victory.

He bore my sins upon a cross

My sorrows in His hand.

My whipping for unrighteousness

My pain He did withstand.

He took my stripes to make me well

My crown of thorns He wore.

And all my fears He crucified

And all my shame He bore.

My Jesus is a Man of men,

A Warrior brave and bold.

My King of Kings and Lord of Lords

Yes, He all Victory gives and holds.

MONEY ANSWERS ALL THINGS

Ecclesiastes 10:19 (Good News Translation) Feasting makes you happy and wine cheers you up, but you can’t have either without money.

LETS FACE IT MONEY IS AND ESSENTIAL PART OF OUR SOCIETY, THERE ARE THOSE THAT HAVE AND THOSE THAT DON’T. MONEY IN AND OF IT SELF IS NOT SIN JUST THE LOVE OF IT. GOD ISN’T OPPOSED OF YOU HAVING IT AT ALL BUT TO BE WISE WITH IT.

GOD WORD HAS A LOT TO SAY CONCERNING BEING PROSPEROUS AND BEING IN HEALTH AS YOUR SOUL PROSPERS. WE MUST LOOK FOR THE BALANCE WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT. I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE ANSWER THAN NOT.
