GOD

BAMOTIVATIONAL SPEAKERS ARE FROM HELL

GOD IS A GOD OF POWER, ABUNDANCE AND DELIVERANCE

Psalms 105:37 He also brought them out with silver and gold, And there was none feeble among His tribes.
38 Egypt was glad when they departed, For the fear of them had fallen upon them.
39 He spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to give light in the night.
40 The people asked, and He brought quail, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41 He opened the rock, and water gushed out; It ran in the dry places like a river.
42 For He remembered His holy promise, And Abraham His servant.
43 He brought out His people with joy, His chosen ones with gladness.
44 He gave them the lands of the Gentiles, And they inherited the labor of the nations,
45 That they might observe His statutes And keep His laws. Praise the LORD

Psalms 57:2 I will cry out to God Most High, To God who performs all things for me.

Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

WHAT GOD HAS DONE BEFORE HE CAN AND WILL DO AGAIN FOR HIS TRUSTING ONES. YES ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM WHO BELIEVES!

BUT  THESE MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER TYPES ONLY SHARE PARTS AND PIECES OF GOD’S WORD. YES, IF A PERSON IS JUST SEEKING THE LORD IT IS GOOD FOR THEM TO HEAR ABOUT JESUS AS THEIR SAVIOR AND GOD’S ETERNAL LOVE FOR THEM. BUT, ONCE THEY ARE “SAVED” AND REDEEMED OF THE LORD THAT IS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF THEIR WALK WITH THE LORD. GOD HAS SO MUCH “MORE” FOR THEM AND THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES. THEY HAVE MANY, MANY, MANY WONDERFUL SPIRITUAL GIFTS FROM GOD THAT THEY ARE UNAWARE OF. ALSO, THEY ARE STUCK IN THE PIT OF LIFE AND HAVE NO WAY OUT UNLESS THEY SEEK GOD. MY PEOPLE PERISH FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. JESUS CHRIST IS OUR SAVIOR AND REDEEMER. BUT, JESUS WANTS TO BE “LORD”. THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE NOT TAUGHT. THE ONLY WAY JESUS CAME BE “LORD” OF YOUR LIFE IS TO BE BAPTIZED IN THE HOLY SPIRIT AND ALLOW THE HOLY SPIRIT TO TEACH, LEAD, GUIDE YOU IN ALL THINGS. AGAIN, THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF WALK BY FAITH. YES, GOD TAKES US FROM GLORY TO GLORY…..STEP BY STEP. WE ALL HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN AND DO IN THE SPIRIT EACH AND EVERYDAY.

YES, PEOPLE HAVE TO LEAVE THE MOTIVATIONAL CAMP OTHER WISE THEY ARE STUCK AND DECEIVED ….YES, IT SAD THAT THEY OFFER PARTS AND PIECES ARE OF NO VALUE. THAT IS WHY SO MANY ARE STILL SEARCHING!!THEY KNOW SOMETHING IS MISSING????THAT IS NOT THE FULL OF GOSPEL OF CHRIST.

IT IS SAD THAT THESE CHRISTIAN CELEBS DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ENTER INTO ALL THAT GOD HAS ALREADY PUT IN FRONT OF THEM? THEY HOLD THEM BACK, KEEP THEM DOWN??? THEY WANT THEM TO LOOK TO THEM FOR THEIR NEXT STEP AND NOT TO THE LORD??? WE NEVER RELY ON ANY “MAN”…. ONLY GOD ALMIGHTY GIVES US OUR MARCHING ORDERS. DAY BY DAY, STEP BY STEP.I CANNOT MAKE IT ON MY OWN. YES, I NEED MY LORD JESUS. BUT, I CAN MAKE IT WITHOUT THOSE CELEBRITIES AND ENTERTAINERS

WHAT I HAVE FOUND IN MY OBSERVATION IN CHRISTIAN CIRCLES IS THAT YOU GET A PIECE HERE, A DIFFERENT PIECE THERE AND ON AND ON. SO, THEY MUST LEAVE THE MOTIVATIONAL CAMP AND GO TO A NEW PLACE WHERE THEY LEARN THE WHOLE WORD OF GOD. ONLY THEN CAN THE GOD’S WORD HAVE POWER IN THEIR LIVES. OTHERWISE, THEY ARE JUST SITTING DUCKS FOR THE DEVIL AND CONTINUALLY SHADOW BOX ON THEIR OWN ABILITY. WE DO NOTHING ON OUR ABILITY. BUT, RELY SOLELY OF GOD’S ABILITY AND POWER IN EVERY AREA OF OUR LIVES. YES, THE BATTLE IS THE LORDS AND HE FIGHTS ALL OF OUR ENEMIES. HE WILL ANNIHILATE, OBLITERATE AND UTTERLY DESTROY THEM ALL OF OUR BEHALF. MANY CHRISTIANS ARE LEFT ALONE POWERLESS ON THEIR OWN ACCORD AND GIVE UP??? NO, THEY ARE A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST. BUT, THEY MUST ALLOW HIM TO CREATE IN THEM EVERYTHING NEW FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD, WALKING BY FAITH IN HIS HOLY SPIRIT, STANDING ON THE WORD OF GOD AND TOTAL SURRENDER OF “ALL” TO JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO BECOME A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST. “TRUST” IS THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. PEOPLE PUT THEIR TRUST IN THEIR OWN ABILITY AND DO NOT SURRENDER ALL TO JESUS.

ONLY THEN CAN THE LORD TAKE YOU, MAKE YOU AND MOLD YOU AS HE WILLS!! WE ARE “NEVER” THE SAME AFTER YOU TRULY EXPERIENCE THE PRESENCE OF GOD AND HIS HAND UPON YOUR LIFE, EVERYDAY AND IN EVERY WAY.

YES, WE ARE TO BE CHILD LIKE. A CHILD PUTS HIS HAND IN HIS DADDY’S HAND AS THEY CROSS THE STREET. THE CHILD KNOWS AS LONG AS HE IS HOLDING HIS DADDY’S HAND HE IS SAFE AND SECURE. THE CHILD IS UNAWARE OF WHERE THEY ARE GOING AND TOTALLY WILLING TO GO WHERE EVER DADDY IS GOING. THAT IS HOW WE ARE TO BE IN OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD.

PETER WALKED ON THE WATER

A1 Jesus told us that man cannot live on bread alone. But, the very Spoken Word of God! Yes, “Though we sit in darkness, Thy Word shall be a lamp unto our feet and light unto our pathway”! No matter what our situation or need is……God has ALREADY “Spoken His Word” over us! We just need to hold onto His Word Alone!! Yes, we ask that God Speak His Word Over Us!! Just like when Peter walked on the water on Jesus Word “COME”!! One word…. Imagine, one word and a regular guy walked on water!! That blows my mind!! Yes, even Peter was amazed? In the middle of walking to Jesus, he realized how in the world can a regular guy do this?? People think it was doubt or fear?? No, Peter was amazed at what one word from Jesus accomplished. My question is “who in this world would jump out of a boat in a raging storm and walk on water on one word? They all call Peter a man of doubt or fear? No, Peter had “faith” in one word!! The rest of us would say “No, Jesus come save me…I’m not leaving this boat”? Hahahahahahahaha

Yes, while on life support?? That was the Holy Spirit in Karen speaking God’s Word Over Her Life, when she was unable to open her mouth!! That is where “Deep Calls To Deep” and God Answers Us!! Yes, I am a word carrying believer. Yes, I am a word and faith person, who believes in miracles and prosperity. Jesus was too!! Amen. God’s Word is unstoppable and unchangeable. Remember, in those 40 days against Satan. The only thing Jesus said was “God’s word”. Jesus taught us and Jesus quoted the old testament, not the new……it is all God’s word. The whole!! Yes, Jesus is our Blessed Redeemer and by His Blood He paid for us to inherit “ALL”. No, we didn’t earn it or deserve it. It is only by God’s Amazing Grace, that he allows us to Enter Into His Riches In Glory Through Christ Jesus. Because we became “King’s Kids”.

Jesus said he fulfilled the law. That means we are no longer under the curse. But, we are under the Open Heaven of God’s Blessing. Just like Adam and Eve in the Garden. Before the fall. they were under God’s Open Heaven and Blessing. In the garden Satan had no power over Adam to steal anything from him. Was Adam sick? Was Adam in need of anything? No, he only wanted a companion and God gave him Eve. Satan had no place in Adams life. We too must let Satan know that he has “no place” in us. We allow Satan to usurp, lie, steal, kill and destroy. Unaware. Allowing Satan to rob us of God’s Truths. NO…. Kick him to the curb. Jesus didn’t let Satan rob him of anything. On the contrary, the demons fled when Jesus showed up!! That is how it should be with us. The Children of God “do not know who they are”?? They live like prisoners and Jesus came and set the captives free. Free indeed!! The chains are broken forever!! In the power and authority of Jesus name. Amen. Why live in jail cell when the door is wide open……

Yes, The “Veil Is Torn”…..Praise The Lord!! We have an “Open Heaven: to our Heavenly Father. Yes, we have access straight to Heaven, just like Jacob with Jacob’s ladder!! The devil lies and tells us that we are unworthy and in our own shame of mistakes of missteps we believe him. No, we pray and confess our sin and shortcoming and ask God to work His Work In Us. Asking forgiveness and God removes our sin from us, as far as the east is from the west. Lost is the secret of forgetfulness… By the blood of Jesus, we are washed white as snow. Each and every day. God knows that we are not perfect. God knows that we will never be perfect. But, Jesus IS. I always let the devil know. “Yes, I am the least among his children. But, my Heavenly Father loves me….with His Everlasting Love, Unconditional Love, Agape Love, Loving Kindness……no matter what!! That is good enough for me. Yes, Thy Grace Is Sufficient. Amen Praise The Lord. Yes, God’s Grace Covers ALL!! It is not our works or good. It is all Jesus finished work on the cross and his holiness!! Amen

DO NOT

20120628DO NOT GIVE PLACE TO THE DEVIL

John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

John 13:2 And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him,

The word of God is very clear man gets inspiration and empowerment from the devil to say and do evil and wicked things even to murder and lie about others just like the devil   put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Jesus. But the word of God also tells us God has given true Christians power to deal with and cast out the devil

Mark 16: 14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

Acts 13:8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so his name is translated) withstood them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith.
9 Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him 10 and said, “O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease perverting the straight ways of the Lord?

We are not to be ignorant of the word of God and the power that has been given to us not just hearers of the word but doers only:

Ephesians 4 17 This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, 18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; 19 who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But you have not so learned Christ, 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.  25 Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another. 26 “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, 27 nor give place to the devil.

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Good or bad……everything comes out of the heart of a man. Yes, many are born with personality quirks, selfishness, greed, anger, jealousy, self righteousness, pride. Yes, god calls these sin and not godly ways! Many feel they are “right” and harden hearts and continue in these behaviors their whole life long. Yes, the word above tells us where these behaviors come from…..the devil. Yes, even believers were reminded of who they are now in Christ Jesus. Put off the old man and put on the new man!! We must search our hearts and allow God to get rid of all the evil tactic the devil uses against us and other that we are to love.

Yes, we are to submit to God and  tell the devil and his cohorts to go the abyss in Jesus name

The devil made me do it?? No, that is not how Christians live. Give the enemy “no place” in me…  As a redeemed, blood bought, child of God, the enemy has “no place in me”. I am filled with the Holy Ghost and do not allow the enemy to use me in any way for his evil deeds!

We remind the devil of that when he tries to deceive us.

Yes, the devil tries to use us and tries to justify why we should be angry or act in an unloving way? Like they deserved it….tit for tat? But, god said vengeance is mine. No, we are not to react with vicious words or deeds to another…..even if we “think” we are justified??? Never. We are to walk in God’s love and show his love to another….no matter what!!

On the contrary, we are to pray for those in our lives that the enemy tries to use to harm us. The enemy always uses those closest to us to try to harm us. Just like he did to Jesus. But, those are the very people that god put into our lives for us to love unconditionally.

Yes, forgive them Lord for they know not what they do. Pray for God to give them His revelation and to change the things they cannot change.

Serenity prayer. Give me courage to change the things that i can change. Change the things that I cannot change. Give me the wisdom to “know” the difference.

Only God can show us the things that we must and can change

We need his revelation… Awareness of the problem I call it. God’s courage, strength and guidance to change what we can change. His wisdom to know that we cannot change on our own some things. Those are the things that God wants to take from us and change.

God wants to take us, make us and mold us…. He is the potter and we are the clay. But, we have to come to the place at the throne of grace to allow god to do his work in us.

The devil does everything in his power to keep us from that!! That is his agenda….
Create in me oh lord a pure heart!! It is a matter of the heart…. Those who are pure in heart will see God. That scares the devil Yes, the devil is very cunning! Bottom line, there is “no good thing in me”. Alone… Without God!

The Scriptures also tell us that the devil inspires man to sin in order to destroy him

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

1 John 3:8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

The scriptures also tell us we must be wise and discerning about the devil and his cohorts and different familiar spirits for these is wisdom that is not from heaven but is  earthly, sensual, demonic.  And through the Baptism of the Spirit have the Holy Spirit control our tongue and not the devil:

James 3: 1   My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment.
2       For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
3       Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body.
4       Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires.
5       Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles!
6       And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.
7       For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind.
8       But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
9       With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God.
10      Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.
11      Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening?
12      Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.
13      Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
14      But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.
15      This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.
16      For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
17      But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
18      Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

REWARDER

AAYOU HAVE THE SAME FAVOR JESUS HAS :

Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all… – Romans 4:16

God’s grace is His undeserved, unearned and unmerited favor. And because it is undeserved, unearned and unmerited, all of us qualify for it. But how do we walk in it?

Just as a password gives you access to a computer program, faith enables you to walk in God’s unmerited favor. Now, faith has nothing to do with what you do or what you can do. Faith is simply believing and declaring what God has done and is doing for you.

When you believe that the favor of God is on you because of Christ’s finished work, His promises of provision, healing and restoration become sure to you. They are not just sure to the Jews, but also to you and me because we are “of the faith of Abraham”.

Ruth was a Gentile widow who put her faith in God’s grace. She believed and declared that God’s favor would lead her to the right field in which to glean, where she would find favor in the owner’s sight. (Ruth 2:2) Because she depended on God’s unmerited favor, God not only placed her in wealthy Boaz’s field, but also in the genealogy of Jesus! (Matthew 1:5)

Ruth’s faith in God’s favor opened up a whole new world for her. She went from poverty to wealth, widowhood to marriage, and from being childless to having a complete family. She also became a respected member of the community. (Ruth 4:13–15)

If Ruth, a Gentile who was under the old covenant, enjoyed God’s favor, how much more will we who are under the new covenant of grace enjoy the blessings that the unmerited favor of God brings! In fact, because God sees us in the Beloved today, we enjoy the same favor that Jesus has! (Ephesians 1:3–6)

My friend, when you believe that you have the same favor that Jesus has, a whole new world will open up to you — a world where all of God’s promises are “Yes” and “Amen” in Christ! (2 Corinthians 1:20)

Thought For The Day :
When you believe that the favor of God is on you because of Christ’s finished work, His promises of provision, healing and restoration become sure to you

JESUS IS WILLING, BE HEALED!

MATTHEW 8:3 – Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.”…

Do you know that it is God’s will for you to be healed? In fact, Jesus always healed the sick who came to Him. The blind, lame, maimed, mute, deaf and demon-possessed—He healed them all! (Matthew 8:16)

The Bible says that he who has seen Jesus has seen the Father. (John 14:9) You want to see what God is like? Look at Jesus! He never gave sickness to anybody. You never find Jesus looking at a person, a fine specimen of a man, and saying, “Come here. You are too healthy. Receive some leprosy!” In fact, when a leper came to Him for healing, Jesus, full of compassion, told the leper, “I am willing; be cleansed.”

Unfortunately, there are some Christians who say, “It is God’s will for me to be sick. God has some purpose, some mysterious purpose for my situation. It is all part of His divine plan and we shall all know in the sweet by and by, the reason why!” But these same people go to their doctors to get well. They take their medication and rest. Why do they do that if they really believe that God wants them sick? Doesn’t make sense, does it?

Come on, what makes perfect sense is this: God wants you well. He wants you whole. His will is for you to be healed! In fact, He is so willing that He took all your sicknesses and diseases upon His own body, so that you don’t have to suffer them today! He allowed Himself to be beaten and scourged, so that by His scourging—by His stripes—you are healed! (Isaiah 53:5) Since He has already suffered the sickness on your behalf, why should you suffer it today?

So my friend, if you are sick, know that God did not give you the disease. Read every healing miracle that Jesus did in the Gospels and see how Jesus is the Lord who heals you. (Exodus 15:26) Hear His gracious words, “I am willing, be healed,” and know that they are as much for you today as they were for the leper!

RESIST FEAR :

Withstand him; be firm in faith [against his onset — rooted, established, strong, immovable, and determined]… – 1 Peter 5:9, AMP

The very moment you first feel fear, you have to resist it. In other words, you have to act against it. If you make the mistake of dwelling on your fears and start thinking about all the reasons why you can’t do what God is telling you to do, then it won’t be long before you develop a negative mindset that will keep you stuck where you are.

In the Bible, when God told David to go fight Goliath, it says that David moved quickly toward the battlefield. In other words, he didn’t think about it. He didn’t allow fear to grip his heart and talk him out of it. He just did what God wanted him to do.

So many people today are just sitting on the sidelines of life. They have tremendous potential on the inside, but they keep letting the enemy talk them out of doing what God wants them to do. Every time they get a vision of victory for their life, the enemy brings fear; and they just swallow his lies hook, line and sinker. Don’t let that be you! Instead, obey quickly. Resist fear and boldly embrace every blessing the Lord has in store for you!

WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT :

John 4:24, “God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.”

Man dwells primarily in the physical and emotional realm, but God is a Spirit (1 Sam. 16:7). To have true fellowship with God, we have to relate to God on the spiritual level.

In order to make this possible, God changed our spirit. At salvation, our spirit became totally new (11 Cor. 5:17). It is now righteous and truly holy (Eph. 4:24). It is now exactly the way Jesus is, because our born again spirit is the spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Jn. 4:17; 1 Cor. 6:17; Rom. 8:9; Gal. 4:6).

In our spirits we are worthy to come before God and worship Him without any fear. Our spirit is the only part of us that is worthy. That’s why we must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

When we come before God dwelling on all our failures and problems, we are not approaching Him through our spirit. Our spirit is not our problem. Our born again spirit is perfect.

There is a place for mentioning our problems and failures but it’s not the part of us that has been saved and is in fellowship with God. We must always base our relationship with the Father on who we are in our spirit through Christ Jesus.

YOU CAN HANDLE IT!

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. – 1 Corinthians 10:13, NKJV

We all go through challenges, disappointments and unfair situations. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and think, “This is too much. I can’t deal with this illness. I can’t handle this difficult child.” Or, “I can’t take this traffic. It’s driving me crazy.” But, God promised He will never let us face more than we can bear. Nothing that comes your way in life is too much for you.

This is what Joseph did. He was betrayed by his brothers, thrown into a pit and spent years in prison for something he didn’t do. But, he didn’t get depressed. He didn’t start complaining. His attitude was, “With God, I can handle it. God is still on the throne. I’m going to stay in faith and keep being my best.” In the end, he was made second in charge over all of Egypt.

Today, if you are feeling burdened and overwhelmed by circumstances, know that with God, all things are possible. No person can keep you from your destiny, no bad break, no disappointment, no sickness. Keep believing, keep hoping, keep praying and keep moving forward because you can handle whatever comes your way!

LONG LIFE

AATHE “PRESENCE OF THE GOD”

All those who encountered the “Presence of God” were forever changed and their lives transformed. Moses, David, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Jacob, Job….just to name a few! What was different about these than the others??? They came to the end of themselves and knew that they needed God to step in and move on their behalf. They humbled themselves before the lord and prayed. Yes, they all sought the lord!! They went alone…. They were not with a crowd of people. They were in their “prayer closet”, “the secret place of the most high God”.

Jesus himself went all alone to a single person out of his way and once they encountered Jesus, they were forever changed and their lives transformed. The lady at the well. The adulterous woman they wanted stone. After all had left, Jesus forever changed her life.

Saul all alone on the road…encountered the Lord… And was “never” the same.

Majority of Christians have never experienced the presence of God???  They do not know what they don’t know. They think religion is about do’s and dont’s. A bunch of rules. Or worse free pass to continue on the path of destruction. They don’t understand that good intentions is a form of religion but, still not of God

Once you have you own encounter in the presence of God, that scripture like a deer pants for water… You desire to dwell in the secret place of the highest god and be found in him alone. For only in his presence can god truly take us from faith to faith, from glory to glory.

Only in His presence can He equip us with everything He has to give us.

Yes, the Holy Spirit in us through the baptism of the Holy Spirit dwells in us. But many have not gotten there yet. They are still on the road like Saul, the persecutor of real Christians!

People don’t need religion. We all must come to the secret place all alone seeking the Lord’s presence. Only then will our lives be forever changed and transformed.

What happened when these were in the presence of the Lord? We heard about you before, but….now I have seen you!!

Yes, in that moment they saw the glory of the Lord in all of his splendor, majesty and power!! Also, God gave them his marching orders. His divine purpose, plan, will and destiny for this life. They heeded the voice of the lord. Nothing could stop them or distract them from what God told them to do.

Nothing.

What made them seek God’s face to begin with??? It was their faith that God was real and that only God could help them and give them guidance, wisdom, knowledge, revelation and understanding.

We all must how our own individual encounter with the Lord. One on one. Standing in his presence…..in that secret place. Only then will our lives be changed forever in His presence and transformed.

Also, it was not a one-time thing for these. Once they encountered the presence of the Lord. They sought the Lord continually and heeded His voice continually.

Then God “sent” them out to follow His marching orders. Yes, God equipped them with everything that they needed to accomplish His divine will, plan, purpose and destiny in this earth.

No, it was no easy or fun task for them. On the contrary, they endured and suffered much as the world did not accept them. No, none of these received accolades from “people” nor did they enjoy “fame” on a stage!!

Yes, the harvest is plenty. But, the workers are few!

God does not save “the world” with religion. Only “in his presence” as we see “who God is” and humble ourselves, seeking his face and heeding His word….only then are we in place where God can and will transform our lives forever.

One on one…all alone with God almighty. That is what is lacking with religion

Yes, once you seek God first in all things and are in His presence…. All the rest will take care of itself for you live your life committed to the god alone. Yes, Jesus told us if we got that “one” commandment all the rest would fall perfectly into place. Amen

STAND IN FAITH

I used to think of people as trees. In time lapse photography, one can watch a tree grow and move, but in daily life they appear solid and static.

In time lapse, the forests move like clouds, boiling up out of the ground and moving across prairies and deserts. In daily life, the forests seem still, not marching anywhere, and recently, quickly evaporating into sawmills. It seems to me that we might be like trees to angels. We may appear slow or frozen in time like trees, to an angel outside of time constraints, living in eternity.

I’m not sure if they can move back and forth in time, to see the past in the future and the future in the past. I don’t know what eternity is like, being stuck here in my time frame, my point of view. If I climbed a tree and cut off a branch, the tree is slow to notice that a branch is gone. It doesn’t sense or see the person who touched it, only knowing something removed a branch, or drove in a nail.

I wonder if we perceive angels that slowly, only noticing when they have gone past. Knowing something happened, but not knowing exactly what. I know angels appear as men to people, talk with them, eat with them, touch them, fight for them. I’m not saying we cannot perceive angels when they want us to see them. I’m just wondering how much goes on around us that we never perceive, because we are living in time, at a certain pace of daily life, and they are outside time and space, living in eternity.

Elijah asked the Lord to open his servant’s eyes that he might see the sky filled with chariots of fire all around them, instead of just the army on the hill against them. Lord, open our eyes to see that there are more for us than against us. This is not a fair fight. The battle is the Lord’s and the victory thereof. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord! Give Him praise! Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords and He shall reign forever and ever, amen.

Long Life Is a Promise of God

Long life is a promise of God. Long life is a blessing from God. God wants us to have long days and an abundant life and we must understand this. According to the Bible, we are able to control our time on earth.

God wants you to have long life abundantly and Satan wants you to have short life and peril. Why would God desire life for you and why would Satan desire death?

God has a plan for you. He has things He wants you to do for Him and for His kingdom. He wants you to live your life in such a way that others will be attracted to your lifestyle and want to be like you. His desire for those who follow Him is prosperity, peace, and abundance in all areas.

The devil, on the other hand, wants your life shortened. He knows that a believer who lives a long life of prosperity and health will attract others to the kingdom of God. Satan hates God and will do everything possible to make the kingdom of God look unappealing.

Satan is the king of deception. He tempts us and tricks us into missing God’s blessing of long life by tempting us into disobedience.

Proverbs 3:1-2 says that if we do not forget God’s law and if we keep His commands, then God will add length of days and long life. Likewise, if we make light of the laws of God through our repeated disobedience and lack of repentance and if our heart is not set toward keeping His commands, we limit our days on this earth.

Another scripture about our longevity is Ephesians 6:2-3, which tells us that if we honor our parents, then our life on earth will be long. This is one of the reasons that Satan seeks to destroy the family. Rebellion and contention in the home and the dishonoring of parents shortens our lives.

It is true that the thief comes to steal, kill, and to destroy. (John 10:10.) We must understand that we are the ones who are the target of his destruction. Every day that a Christian walks on this earth in the fullness of God, he or she witnesses to the glory of God. We should seek out God’s Word, follow His commands, and do everything possible to add length to our days. Although we are told man’s days on the earth shall be one hundred and twenty years (Gen. 6:3), the quality of life is more important than the quantity. We should live each day to its fullest so that when we reach the end of our time here on earth, we are satisfied and at peace knowing that we have accomplished all that He has called us to do. By living all of our days in the fullness of God and His Word, we bring glory to Him.

GOD IS WITH YOU UPHOLDING YOU :

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. – Isaiah 41:10

It is easy to say, “Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!” when times are good. It is easy to believe that God loves you when you are on the mountain top enjoying the sunshine. But what happens when you are down in the dark valley surrounded by your enemies?

Perhaps today, you are in the valley of marital, financial or bodily trouble, and you are asking, “Where is God?”

My friend, He is right there with you. The God of the valleys says to you, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

When King Jehoshaphat was surrounded and outnumbered by his enemies, the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel and he said to the king, “Don’t be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you. Don’t fear or be dismayed. Tomorrow, go out against them for the Lord is with you.” (2 Chronicles 20:14–17)

What King Jehoshaphat did next was brilliant. He acted with wisdom from on high. Instead of putting his commandos in front, he put worshipers in front! What did the worshipers sing? They sang of God’s love for them — “Praise the Lord for His love endures forever!” And God utterly destroyed their enemies! (2 Chronicles 20:21–23, NIV)

Beloved, it is not the trials that make us strong, but our responses in those trials. The devil wants us to respond by asking, “Where is God?” But God wants us to respond with faith in His love for us. We are more than conquerors not because of our love for Him, but through Him who loves us. (Romans 8:37)

So whatever valley you are in today, don’t be afraid. God is there with you strengthening and upholding you. Just sing of His love for you and let Him fight your battles for you!

Thought For The Day :
It is how we respond during trials — with faith in God’s love for us — that makes us strong.

Live Like Jesus
But [Christ Jesus] made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men. – Philippians 2:7

The truth of this verse hasn’t really dawned on most people. They mistakenly think that Jesus was able to work wonders, to perform miracles, and to live above sin because He had divine powers that we don’t have. Thus, they have never really aspired to live like He lived.

“Oh my,” they say with great humility, “I could never live like Jesus did. After all, He had an advantage. He was God!”

They don’t realize that when Jesus came to earth, He voluntarily gave up that advantage, living His life here not as God but as a man. He had no innate supernatural powers. He had no ability to perform miracles until after He was anointed by the Holy Spirit as recorded in Luke 3:22. He worked wonders, not by His own power but by the power of the Father, saying, “The Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works” (John 14:10).

And when He prayed, He prayed not as a divine One who had authority as God, but as a man who walked obediently with God. And, as Hebrews 5:7 says, “His prayers were heard not because of His deity, but because of His reverence toward God” (AMP).

Jesus, the divine Son of God, set aside the privileges and powers of deity for a time and lived as a man on earth. Once you grasp that, it will absolutely thrill your soul! Why? Because it means that you, as a reborn child of God, filled with the same Holy Spirit as Jesus was, have the same opportunity to live as He lived on earth. In fact, that is exactly what He intends. In John 17:18 He said to the Father, “Just as You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.”

Jesus has sent you into the world to live as He lived. Through the new birth, He’s enabled you to exchange the sinful nature of Adam for the sinless nature of God.

He’s given you the ability and the command to live above sin, to live in fellowship with the Father, to preach the gospel, to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to cast out demons, and to make disciples.

Once you realize that, you’ll throw off the shackles of doubt that have held you back. You’ll begin to live as Jesus meant for you to live–not as a sin-ridden son of fallen man, but as a reborn child of the Most High God. Then those around you will actually begin to see Jesus–in you.

ONLY BELIEVE :

“But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “ ‘Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well’ ” (Luke 8:50, NKJV)

In Scripture a man came to Jesus and said, “My little daughter is very sick. She is close to death. Will You come to my home and pray for her?” Jesus agreed. But along the way He kept getting stopped, one interruption after another. Finally, word came back to Him saying, “No need to come. You’ve waited too late. The little girl has died.”

The people were upset and very distraught. But Jesus said to them in Luke 8:50 “Don’t be afraid. If you will only believe, the little girl will be well.” Notice the phrase, “Only believe.” Jesus went to the home, laid hands on the little girl, and she came back to life.

Are you facing a situation that seems impossible? In the natural, you don’t see how you can get well, or how you can overcome the addiction, or how your family can ever be restored? God is saying to you what He said to them, “If you will only believe, I will turn the situation around. If you only believe, breakthroughs are headed your way!”

YES THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH

2 Chronicles 20:27 Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, with Jehoshaphat in front of them, to go back to Jerusalem with joy, for the LORD had made them rejoice over their enemies.

2 Chronicles 30:26 So there was great joy in Jerusalem, for since the time of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel, there had been nothing like this in Jerusalem.

Nehemiah 8:10 Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”

Esther 8:16 The Jews had light and gladness, joy and honor. 17 And in every province and city, wherever the king’s command and decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a holiday. Then many of the people of the land became Jews, because fear of the Jews fell upon them.

Psalms 5:11 But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You.

Psalms 16:11 You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Psalms 30:5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.

Psalms 35
9 And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD; It shall rejoice in His salvation.

27 Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, ” Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

Psalms 105:43 He brought out His people with joy, His chosen ones with gladness.

Psalms 126:5 Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.

Acts 2:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

11 Cretans and Arabs — we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.”

WHAT CAN MATCH THE FIRE OF GOD FALLING FROM ABOVE?

NOTHING!

AND BLIND DECEIVED ONES CANNOT OFFER THE FIRE FROM ABOVE NOR THE JOY OF THE LORD NOR MIRACLES

Luke 1:49 For He who is mighty has done great things for me, And holy is His name.

Luke 8:39 “Return to your own house, and tell what great things God has done for you.” And he went his way and proclaimed throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him.

JESUS AND THE DISCIPLES PREACHED ON THE IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE! SO WHY ARE TODAY’S FALSE PREACHERS SILENT ABOUT IT?

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Matthew 11:20 Then He began to rebuke the cities in which most of His mighty works had been done, because they did not repent: 21 “Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

Mark 6:12 So they went out and preached that people should repent.

Luke 13:1 There were present at that season some who told Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
2 And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things?
3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
4 Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?
5 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”

Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

Acts 8:22 Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you.

Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent,

DON’T JUST SIT THERE…ARISE!

Now four men who were lepers were at the entrance of the city’s gate; and they said to one another, Why do we sit here until we die…. So they arose. – 2 Kings 7:3,5

No matter how bad the problem is you may be facing today, no matter how far under the circumstances you may be, in 24 hours you can be back on top!

“Oh, Brother, that would be impossible!”

That’s what the Samaritans thought in 2 Kings 7. Their land was being ravaged by famine. Enemy troops had surrounded them and cut off all source of supply. Mothers were eating their own children just to survive.

But right in the middle of that, the Lord told the prophet Elisha that in 24 hours the whole situation would change. Flour and barley would sell for just a few pennies and there would be abundance for all.

What did God use to turn that situation around?

Four lepers! Four lepers who, instead of sitting around feeling sorry for themselves and waiting to die, decided to arise and take their chances in the enemy camp. When they got there, they found it abandoned. All the warriors had been frightened away by the angels of God, and they’d left enough food behind to feed all of Samaria!

Sometimes you and I are like the officials in that story. We get problem-centered instead of Word of God centered. We let ourselves be so surrounded with the loud voice of the world that the vision of our victory is pushed out of sight.

When that happens, faith and power begin to subside and life caves in on us from every side.

If that’s happened to you, stop crying about it. Stop looking at your problem and feeling sorry for yourself. That won’t change anything!
Just like He did for Elisha, God’s given you a word. He’s promised you victory. He’s promised to make you an overcomer.

So don’t just sit there till you die. Don’t accept defeat. Rise up in faith. Stand up on God’s Word and fight for your life. Get mad at Satan. Cast him out. Get mad at that sickness. Get angry with poverty and start giving.

Rise up and receive the deliverance of the Lord!

God Sees All Things

AK
Now Jesus sat opposite the treasury and saw how the people put money into the treasury. And many who were rich put in much. Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; “for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood.” Matthew 12:41-44

Jesus watched how people put money into the treasury and the rich though they had put in much. But in reality the poor widow gave the most. For she had put in all she had. As a result her reward in heaven would be great, while the reward of the rich would be very small. For the words of Jesus are true even this day:

“There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. “But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, “desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. “So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom.

The rich man also died and was buried. “And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’

But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. ‘And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

“Then he said, ‘I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house, ‘for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.’ “Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’ “And he said, ‘No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ “But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’ ” Luke 16:19-31

Life is only a once around thing. We do not get a second chance at life. Our real decisions, choices and actions here on earth determine our eternal consequences. If we live only for this temporal world we are nothing but fools just like the rich man. For one day it will all pass away and then we shall be in an eternal world.

Now for some it might be in places they never expected to be. While for others they will be in heaven but only at the bottom level or in the outer courts. Their mansion and kingdom will not be as it could have been, as they had lived quite well here on earth spending things on themselves and ignoring the work of God, as well as others. So Jesus wisely told His disciples:

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; “but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19-21

A wise man loses what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose and will be with him forever. For the kingdom of God will last forever and will outlast ever other kingdom. Now Jesus went onto state about how we look at things and whom we serve:

“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. “But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? “Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; “and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. “Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Matthew 6:22-30

It’s true that God’s people cannot serve both God and Mammon they have to make a choice of one or the other. But God, who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field, is able to take care of His own. Not all can accept this fact and some feel that God helps those who help themselves. Such people usually end up in trouble and really will need God’s help. While others lean to their own understanding and make poor and faulty decisions and pay the resultant price for their foolishness. For God’s word is true:

Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:6-12

According to the Word of God we brought nothing into the world and it is certain we will take nothing out. Those who desire to be rich will fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. Due to the love of money some will stray from the faith in their greediness, and pierce themselves through with many sorrows. Definitely this not a nice circumstance to be in. For God’s word is true:

For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. 1 John 2:16-17

The waywardness of man places him in very precarious position that leaves him far from the purposes God has called him to. Man is destroyed by his own ways. He has forgotten to listen to God’s voice and heed His words. Then he cries when he receives no answer to his prayers. His ways lead to death and destruction. Man harbors only fair opinions of himself and God. Yet he does not do what takes courage to do. God has told him in His Word to be of good courage and do His judgments and follow His statutes. But no, he has to ignore the truth and follow after the vain philosophies of men. Rather doing what men think best than what God thinks is best.

Men’s carnal, frail ways have quickly taken them away from God and have destroyed them. So too now they will be truly destroyed because they have ignored God’s warning through His humble servants and refused to listen to His voice within them. They have chosen the world and vain philosophies to serving God in simplicity and truth. God will do to them as they did to His humble servants. When they cry He will not hear. When they face calamity He will not see. When they draw their last breath He will not sigh. As they had no compassion for the suffering of their own brethren He has no compassion for them. Their destruction has come upon them and they will be no more shortly. For God’s word is true:

Turn at my rebuke; Surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you. Because I have called and you refused, I have stretched out my hand and no one regarded, Because you disdained all my counsel, And would have none of my rebuke, I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes, When your terror comes like a storm, And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you.

“Then they will call on me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me. Because they hated knowledge And did not choose the fear of the LORD, They would have none of my counsel And despised my every rebuke. Therefore they shall eat the fruit of their own way, And be filled to the full with their own fancies. For the turning away of the simple will slay them, And the complacency of fools will destroy them;

But whoever listens to me will dwell safely, And will be secure, without fear of evil.” Proverbs 1:23-33

GOD’S WILL

AB
Many people die prematurely because churches don’t believing in healing and don’t pray for the healing of people. Many  Christians are not Christians and most pastors don’t operate in the gifts of the spirit and that is a very serious  problem in America. They also refuse to acknowledge and recognize that the Devil is alive and well in America seeking whom he might steal, kill and destroy!

God’s people need to refuse to accept the Devil’s plot upon their life and only trust and believe in the power of the blood of Jesus for his divine healing and deliverance. They need to reject about generational curses of disease and renounce that evil spirit.

Unfortunately many Christians have faith to believe and pray for others. But, when it comes to their own lives, fear, doubt and unbelief creep into their mind and then they find it hard to accept God’s truth on the matters of their lives. Why is that?

The enemy has a way of convincing people that they don’t deserve god’s blessing. Okay!! None of us do!! It is called “god’s amazing grace”. He freely gives us what we didn’t earn or deserve. God freely gives it to us only we have to be in the position to “receive” god’s grace over our lives in every little detail. It also goes back to “familiar spirits” we are too eager to accept what we have experienced….like the “spirit of poverty and lack” instead of God’s provision, wealth, abundance and prosperity. Reason being is that often times in our lives that is where we came from?

But, God wants us to renounce and reject those familiar spirits in order to give “him room” in our lives to open the windows of heaven over us and pour out his blessing so great that there is not room enough to contain it. In His good measure, pressed down, shaken together, over flowing blessings.

God wants to make our cup to run over with His blessings. God wants to send His showers and showers of blessing pouring into our lives. God want to overtake us, knock us down, over shadow us and blow our minds with His goodness. He wantS for us to see His goodness in the land of the living. Down on the ground while we are still walking around.

When we accept familiar spirits, we reject God’s Holy Spirit and God’s word of truth. We get in the way of God’s will for our lives without even realizing it. God will rebuke the devour on our behalf. God will restore all that the locust and canker worm have stolen and eaten from our lives, every single morsel, double for our trouble, just like he did for job. Just like he did for David and the boys when the stole their wives, children and all their belongings.

1 Samuel 30: 1 Now it happened, when David and his men came to Ziklag, on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the South and Ziklag, attacked Ziklag and burned it with fire,
2 and had taken captive the women and those who were there, from small to great; they did not kill anyone, but carried them away and went their way.
3 So David and his men came to the city, and there it was, burned with fire; and their wives, their sons, and their daughters had been taken captive.
4 Then David and the people who were with him lifted up their voices and wept, until they had no more power to weep.
5 And David’s two wives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the widow of Nabal the Carmelite, had been taken captive.
6 Now David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters. But David strengthened himself in the LORD his God.
7 Then David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, “Please bring the ephod here to me.” And Abiathar brought the ephod to David.
8 So David inquired of the LORD, saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”

18 So David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away, and David rescued his two wives. 19 And nothing of theirs was lacking, either small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything which they had taken from them; David recovered all.

God is no respecter of person. He did it for one He will do it for all. He did it more than one time and will do it again and again for all his precious children. It is God’s heartbeat for us.

Many do not know the heart of God. How He loves us with His unfailing love, unchanging love, everlasting love, agape love….showing His loving kindness to His beloved children.

Our Heavenly Father’s love for us is eternal. Yesterday, today, forevermore and all eternity!!

People say God is love. But, we will never grasp the depth of His love in our human frailty. Just like we can refuse and reject love from people. We also can refuse to accept and even reject our father’s love. How…. We don’t believe that his love is unconditional. We think we have to earn it. There lies the problem….. We can never earn it nor do we deserve it. But, we must position ourselves to “receive” all of god’s love and only then can he change our hearts, minds and lives according to his will, purpose, divine plan and out come for this life.

Trusting God’s love for us often is limited by our past experience of people who told us that they loved us and harmed us in some way. Then we fail to trust God as we think that He will do the same?

But, our God does not lie! He said it, he will do it and god always keeps his promises.

Yes, we must “surrender all”….to our Heavenly Father. Only then do we allow and invite Him to “take over” on our behalf in every area of our lives for “his purposes”. Amen and amen

We must move out of the way and let God be God!!!

God wants us to solely depend upon him for “everything” every moment of our lives. Trusting him alone….not in our own ability to perform. God wants to show Himself mighty and strong and perform his miracles in every detail of our lives.

We must give God “our stage”….and then we will have real victory in every area of our lives! God’s word is unchanging:

Ephesians 1: 15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. 22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

Ephesians 3: 14 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height — 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

THE FEAR OF THE LORD

AC
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. Psalm 19:9

Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. Who is the man who desires life, And loves many days, that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit. Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it. The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry. The face of the LORD is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:11-20

The fear of the Lord causes us to keep our tongue from evil and our lips from speaking deceit. He causes us to depart from evil and to do God. The fear of the Lord brings about the truth that the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The fear of the Lord is not a negative emotion that comes upon us but a relationship with almighty God and walking in His divine protection and provision and prosperity. The bible tells us of the many benefits that come from walking in the fear of the LORD:

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever. Psalm 111:10

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7

“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Proverbs 9:10

The fear of the LORD prolongs days, But the years of the wicked will be shortened. Proverbs 10:27

In the fear of the LORD there is strong confidence, And His children will have a place of refuge. The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, To turn one away from the snares of death. Proverbs 14:26-27

Better is a little with the fear of the LORD, Than great treasure with trouble. Proverbs 15:16

The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility. Proverbs 15:33

The fear of the LORD leads to life, And he who has it will abide in satisfaction; He will not be visited with evil. Proverbs 19:23

By humility and the fear of the LORD Are riches and honor and life. Proverbs 22:4

Do not let your heart envy sinners, But be zealous for the fear of the LORD all the day; For surely there is a hereafter, And your hope will not be cut off. Proverbs 23:17-18

Yes, there is prosperity, peace, refuge, rest, reward, riches, life, wholeness, edification, joy, honor, prolonged says, wisdom, knowledge and health in walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit. The bible tells us that there are great financial blessings as a result of the fear of the LORD:

And Asa cried out to the LORD his God, and said, “LORD, it is nothing for You to help, whether with many or with those who have no power; help us, O LORD our God, for we rest on You, and in Your name we go against this multitude. O LORD, You are our God; do not let man prevail against You!” So the LORD struck the Ethiopians before Asa and Judah, and the Ethiopians fled. And Asa and the people who were with him pursued them to Gerar. So the Ethiopians were overthrown, and they could not recover, for they were broken before the LORD and His army. And they carried away very much spoil. Then they defeated all the cities around Gerar, for the fear of the LORD came upon them; and they plundered all the cities, for there was exceedingly much spoil in them. They also attacked the livestock enclosures, and carried off sheep and camels in abundance, and returned to Jerusalem. 2 Chronicles 14:11-15

And the fear of the LORD fell on all the kingdoms of the lands that were around Judah, so that they did not make war against Jehoshaphat. Also some of the Philistines brought Jehoshaphat presents and silver as tribute; and the Arabians brought him flocks, seven thousand seven hundred rams and seven thousand seven hundred male goats. So Jehoshaphat became increasingly powerful, and he built fortresses and storage cities in Judah. He had much property in the cities of Judah; and the men of war, mighty men of valor, were in Jerusalem. 2 Chronicles 17:10-13

The bible also tells us that if we walk in the fear of the LORD we will have the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding; the beginning of knowledge; strong confidence and a place of refuge; a fountain of life; humility and honor; life; riches; protection; provision. God’s word is unchanging:

For the LORD gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding; He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly; He guards the paths of justice, And preserves the way of His saints. Then you will understand righteousness and justice, Equity and every good path. When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge is pleasant to your soul, Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you, To deliver you from the way of evil, From the man who speaks perverse things, From those who leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness; Who rejoice in doing evil, And delight in the perversity of the wicked; Whose ways are crooked, And who are devious in their paths; Proverbs 2:6-16

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies, And all the things you may desire cannot compare with her. Length of days is in her right hand, In her left hand riches and honor. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her, And happy are all who retain her. The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens; By His knowledge the depths were broken up, And clouds drop down the dew. My son, let them not depart from your eyes- Keep sound wisdom and discretion; So they will be life to your soul And grace to your neck. Then you will walk safely in your way, And your foot will not stumble. Proverbs 3:13-23

Yes, everything that we need is found in Jesus Christ and our Helper, the Holy Spirit,” the other Helper,” who has become to us all that Jesus Christ was to His Disciples. God’s word is unchanging:

“And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever- “the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:16-17

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:26

“Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. “And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: “of sin, because they do not believe in Me; “of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; “of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. “I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. “He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. “All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you. John 16:7-15

The Sky Is The Limit!

AA
Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over {and} above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams] To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it). Ephesians 3:20 -21 Amplified Bible

Christians are their worst enemy for they themselves put limits on themselves and on what God can and cannot do even though by the power that is at work within us, God is able to do superabundantly, far over and above all that we dare ask or think, infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams. Yes God want through the Holy Spirit influence every area of our thought lives, giving us creative ideas, inventions, visions, and dreams and help us have heaven’s best in all things, but we are the stumbling block. There is more to life than just being a saint and struggling with the mundane things of life. You can be a saint that is strong in the Lord in the power of His might, rooted and grounded in love, knowing the love of Christ be filled with all the fullness of God and doing great wonders and signs among the people?

God put no limits on what is people can achieve, have or be except the limits that they set on themselves! Unfortunately many of them become circus fleas who jump so much and no more! Fleas ride dogs and they jump. This is all they ever do, it would seem. If you catch a flea and put it in a jar… with out even thinking it’ll just jump right out. But if you want to train that flea, put a lid on the jar. Then you can sit and watch it jump. The flea will start hitting its head on the lid of the jar. And every time it tries to get out. You can come back in an hour. It will still be jumping, banging its head on that lid. Two hours it’s still jumping, still trying and whacking its head on that lid every time it tries. Come back at some point though and it will still be jumping but not hitting it’s head on that lid any more. That flea eventually learned to adjust its jump. And to always stop short of hurting itself. That flea is trained and you can take the lid off and watch the flea jump. It will not jump out of that jar. Not because it can’t. That flea can see everything it wants, going on all around it. But will never have it. Only because the flea no longer believes it can. And never will again. And unfortunately this happens with people who have bad experiences and hurts in life and don’t allow their faith to be stretched any more, they go so far in God and no further. They had prayed and prayed and God didn’t seem to answer and now they don’t pray any more. But the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is unchanging:

Epaphras, who is one of you, a bondservant of Christ, greets you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. Colossians 4:12

There are no shortages in heaven of anything including the mercy and grace and there should be no shortages on earth. God is gracious and good enough to meet as promised all the needs of His people if they will only trust and believe Him for it. His word is unchanging:

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8

Apostle Paul prayed for the faithful saints in Ephesus that the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ would grant them according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith; that they, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height- to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that they might be filled with all the fullness of God? Obviously you don’t have to be extremely intelligent to figure out that just because people are saints they are not filled with the fullness of God just like Barnabas was about whom the word of God states, for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord (Acts 11:24). The bible also tells us that Stephen was a man full of faith and power and the Holy Spirit who did great wonders and signs among the people (Acts 6:6-8).

There is this idea taught in some churches that we are all anointed ones and are full of the Holy Ghost? But if this is the case where are the works of great wonder and signs among the people? Nonexistent! In the secular world people have no problem doing their all to achieve something even if it would cost them their life. In March 1923, in an interview with The New York Times, the British mountaineer George Leigh Mallory was asked why he wanted to climb Mount Everest, and replied, ‘Because it’s there’. The answer became famous, not least because Mallory himself was lost on Everest in the following year. It was sometimes suggested that he and his fellow-climber Andrew Irvine, who were last seen ‘going strong for the summit’, might in fact have reached it before their deaths, but there was no proof.

In May 1999, 75 years later, the body of George Mallory was found on Everest, and the press coverage surrounding the discovery focused again on Mallory’s ‘Because it’s there’ as a statement summarizing the mountaineer’s reasons for climbing. One such report quoted from Robert William Service’s `Dauntless Quest’, which was inspired by Mallory’s words:

Why seek to scale Mount Everest,
Queen of the Air,
Why strive to crown that cruel crest
And deathward dare?
Said Mallory of dauntless quest

Christians have no enemy that God cannot defeat including their apathy, indifference, insensibility, lethargy, fears, and unbelief. Sickness, disease, poverty, lack and impossibility are enemies that have already been defeated by Jesus on the cross of Calvary! God who blessed His friends such as Abraham, Job, Joseph, David, Solomon, and Jesus with tremendous riches and even power has not changed one bit. He is able to bless a billion times over those whose heart is perfect towards Him and seek to do His will, not their own! God is a God of blessing, a God of increase. He wants to take us to higher levels in every area of our life, but it’s up to us. We, in the body of Christ, need to change our thinking. We need to align our thoughts with God’s Word and His Will for our lives, and watch as He accomplishes things through us that previously we never dreamed of. His word is unchanging:

“So it shall be, when the LORD your God brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you large and beautiful cities which you did not build, “houses full of all good things, which you did not fill, hewn-out wells which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant-when you have eaten and are full- “then beware, lest you forget the LORD who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. “You shall fear the LORD your God and serve Him, and shall take oaths in His name. Deuteronomy 6:10-13

“Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness, You who seek the LORD: Look to the rock from which you were hewn, And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug. Look to Abraham your father, And to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, And blessed him and increased him.” For the LORD will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the LORD; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody. Isaiah 51:1-3

For thus says the LORD: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive. Jeremiah 29:10-14
