PREACH THE WORD

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2    speaking lies in hypocrisy

2 Timothy 4:
1    I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom:
2    Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
3    For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
4    and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
5    But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

In spite of the fact that many today will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;   and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. we are to  preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching, for God  desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The truth remains Beloved, Christ has redeemed you from sickness, lack, and destructive situations, so that the blessings of Abraham can come upon you!
“Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us…”Gal 3:13

The power and the glory, the victory and the majesty and all that is in heaven and in earth is the LORD and He has given it to His blood bought children who are to receive it by faith and spend it for the furthering of His kingdom. Poverty and sickness are to be rejected by God’s people as from the devil. They are to seek from God His richest, honor, power and might for it’s God who gives every good thing.

Yes, God’s children must take a step of faith and to believe God to reverse and restore all things to them including their health, wealth, good name and power just like they took a step of faith to be saved. And the good news is that the very moment they pray, God gives them the answer. That very moment God hears them and He commands His angels to bring the answer to them. However they are living in a spiritual warfare where a war goes on and their enemy, the devil, will try to delay the answer from coming through to them
The majority of Jesus’ recorded miracles had to do with healing and deliverance. Jesus is God’s will in action. Beloved, the Father wants you healed, healthy, wealthy, whole, wise and strong!

ABUNDANCE

our shieldAll  Is Yours

However they are living in a spiritual warfare where a war goes on and their enemy, the devil, will try to delay the answer from coming through to them. He does this by many means just as Jesus warned us:

“Therefore hear the parable of the sower:  “When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. “But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy;  “yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.  “Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. “But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.” Matthew 13:18-23

Yes through thievery, tribulation, persecution, deceitfulness and cares of this world the devil robs the Word of God that is sown in the hearts of God’s people so it becomes unfruitful. He doesn’t want them to stand on God’s word that is unchanging:

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11

“As for Me,” says the LORD, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the LORD, “from this time and forevermore.” Isaiah 59:21

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. Mark 13:31

“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. John 15:7

Jesus came to give us abundance in all things. He restored our right to sit at the royal table together with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He came to bless us, not to curse us. Prosperity is one of the many blessings God wants us to have.  It’s not the only blessing just like Salvation is not the only blessing. God’s has many blessings of different kinds for His people. God’s word is unchanging:

Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.” Psalm 35:27

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), Galatians 3:13

We need to remember that it is not God’s will for us to be poor or sick because He delights in the prosperity of His servants. By His death and resurrection Jesus has set us free from every curse of the law and every evil thing connected to it. Jesus fulfilled every word of the law on our behalf. As a result we are joint heirs with Christ! We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. And the Word of God is your passport to every blessing heaven has to offer. And heaven offers … “abundantly above all that we ask or think”.  And poverty is a curse not a blessing! God’s word is true:

“And you shall grope at noonday, as a blind man gropes in darkness; you shall not prosper in your ways; you shall be only oppressed and plundered continually, and no one shall save you. Deuteronomy 28:29

“You shall carry much seed out to the field but gather little in, for the locust shall consume it. “You shall plant vineyards and tend them, but you shall neither drink of the wine nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.  “You shall have olive trees throughout all your territory, but you shall not anoint yourself with the oil; for your olives shall drop off. Deuteronomy 28:38-40

Through sacrificing the life of His only begotten Son, Jesus, God has provided our deliverance from destruction caused by poverty and sickness. Poverty and sickness are part of the curses of the law and Jesus has purchased our freedom from the curse of the law.  Through lack of knowledge and generational curses many of God’s people have become poor and sick but Jesus Christ is still the Healer and Deliverer. God is on our side and He wants us to be healthy and wealthy but it’s the devil who doesn’t want us to believe and receive this truth. Yet God’s word is unchanging;

Bless the LORD, O my soul;  And all that is within me, bless His holy name!  Bless the LORD, O my soul,  And forget not all His benefits:  Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,  Who redeems your life from destruction,  Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103:1-5

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Ephesians 3:20

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;  and perseverance, character; and character, hope.  Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:1-5

The word of God teaches us that in order to have true prosperity we must have perseverance. You could not have one without the other.  As a matter of fact Jesus taught in the parable of the sower that perseverance and prosperity were related. The bible records for our instruction:

The heart of man is like the soil of the earth. Each soil is different and has different characteristics. Poor soil allows the devil to come and steal the word of God that is sown in the heart. Stony soil doesn’t have a heart that is persevering when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word.  Soil with thorns allows the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches to choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.  But good soil with patience bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Faith, virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, and brotherly love are also interrelated and are part of prosperity. For God’s word is unchanging:

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,  as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,  by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge,  to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness,  to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Peter  1:1-8

While men look at riches, wealth and power as signs of prosperity, God considers faith, virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, and brotherly love as the true elements of prosperity. For God’s word is unchanging:

A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favor rather than silver and gold. Proverbs 22:1

“I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ” Acts 20:35

We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed. But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses,  in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings;  by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love, by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,  by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and yet not killed;  as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things. 2 Corinthians 6:3-10

BLESSED SHALL YOU BE

In Abundance

And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?”  He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. “For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.  “Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.  “And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says:  ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand,  And seeing you will see and not perceive;  For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing,  And their eyes they have closed,  Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.’ Matthew 12:10-15

Then one said to Him, “Lord, are there few who are saved?” And He said to them,  “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able. Luke 13:23-24

Jesus Christ the author and finisher of the Christian faith told us “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. “For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. So the burden to having an abundance or poverty  and even be saved is on us, not on God! We alone determine what we get out of the kingdom of God through God’s word and through His Spirit.  Jesus clearly taught us this in His words:

And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.”  Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”  And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, “See that no one knows it.” But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that country. Matthew 9:28-31

And Apostle Paul told us the word of God which is in our mouth and our heart will produce great results including salvation:

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):  that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.  For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”   How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?  And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:  “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace,  Who bring glad tidings of good things!”  But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?”  So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:9-17

God has provided us with a great and complete salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed, to us by those who heard Him, God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? (Hebrews 2:3-4).

God wants us to become complete, stand perfect and complete in all the will of God, be perfect and complete lacking nothing and He is able to sanctify us completely so that our whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The word “save” comes from the Greek word “sozo,” which means the complete salvation for the spirit, soul and body. The Word of God affects all three parts of the human being.  As a result our soul needs to be renewed, to be re-adjusted to think like the Word, to feel like the Word. When our soul is renewed we will have the full assurance of faith and not only partial assurance, half assurance, quarter assurance.  When the Word of God has its perfect work in us, we will be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. We will have a perfect and complete answer to all our prayers, all the things that we want.  Our soul will be lined up with our human spirit, which is born again.   God will come forth to overcome the circumstances in our life when we have the Word of God rooted in our soul.

Wise King Solomon told us in the book of Proverb says the Word of God will become flesh to our bones.  But it had to flow through our soul.  It has to become a part of our thinking life, the way we think, act and talk. It has to be predominating in our lives and then we will be prosperous and successful just like Jesus told us:

But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ “Matthew 4:4

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.”Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. “You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.  “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.  “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.  “If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. “By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. John 15:1-8

The fruit that we bear has to do with the character of Jesus in our lives, and the character of Jesus will result in the power of God and prosperity and healing in our life.  These things flow from that fruit that is developed in our life.  It’s according to the strength of our inner man that the outward man can function.  And the strength of our inner man is determined by the amount of change or the transformation of the character of Jesus in our inner man.

Jesus Christ is the word made flesh. To abide in Christ is not only to walk and live in His Spirit but to walk and live in accordance to every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. When the Word of God becomes predominate factor in our life, the resulting words that we speak by the Spirit of the LORD will conquer and overcome all things.  When we receive the Word of God we digest it until it becomes a part of us. We allow it to be to be digested by our spirit and to renew our soul until our soul is steadily held by the Word of God.  Then the Word of God produces faith in our human spirit and confidence in the Word of God.  And then we speak forth those things which we desire based on the Word of God and it becomes a reality!

Yes, when the word is the Word and is already on our inside and we can make a decree to any mountain.  And what we decree we believe that our words will come to pass.  And so when we tell the mountain, move from hence forth to yonder it will obey because God’s word shall not return void but will accomplish that for which it is sent. God’s word is unchanging:

So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. Matthew 17:20

Then He said, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it?  “It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; “but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.” Mark 4:30-32

Since the fall of man the soul of human being have been wavering.  Doubts come from our soul, distress come from our soul and emotions, and all the wrong things that is coming from our soul.  Hence the human soul needs to be girded with the Word of God to be stabilized.  An unstable soul will not receive the promises of God for one tiny doubt will cancel the whole process.  Doubt is the quality of the fallen soul. That is why we need the renewal of the mind and the Word of God to stabilize our soul.  The more Word we have in our life, the more we are stabilized in our soul. We need patience which is not an attribute of our human spirit.  It’s an attribute of a renewed soul and renewed mind.  Patience is an attribute of our human soul according to the Word of God. Hence we count it all joy when we fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of our faith produces patience and if we let patience have its perfect work, we will be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Tribulation works patience, and patience develops character in us. Tribulation works character in our lives.  But it may not be good character.  Whether it’s good character or bad character is determined by how we react to the tribulation.  If in the tribulation or difficulty, we react wrongly and keep on reacting wrongly, it becomes a part of our life and character. Whether we are changed in the wrong character or changed in the good character is determined by how we react.  How we react is determined by our understanding of choices that are available for us. There are always many ways we can choose to react in response.  Now we may have natural feelings and emotions being human in all kind of tribulations.  But we are old enough in life to know that we don’t need to yield to our emotions or to react with our emotions.

It’s to be noted that between tribulations and character is an important word called perseverance.  The word perseverance also means patience. As we abide in Christ and in His word and His word abides in us, He gives us perseverance or patience.  In other words we get power of God in our life and the character of Jesus from abiding in Christ and His word.  The developing of character comes by experiencing tribulation and tribulation comes from being on this planet earth.  Jesus said in the world you shall receive tribulations but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world.

It’s also to be noted that Temptation is not from God but it is more our own internal inclination and weaknesses that need to be overcome.  Temptation is not found in our spirit.  Temptation is found in our soul and our flesh. When those areas are renewed by the Word of God, our human spirit now works together with our soul.  The Holy Spirit becomes available.  He is the free gift of grace and promise of God to our lives.  But He is limited according to what we ask or think, limited according to the limitations of our soul.  Our human soul is a conduit by which the Holy Spirit flows.  Therefore we need to develop our soul in the Word of God.  Then we will be a real man or woman of God who is like Jesus, all our r thoughts are always in line with the Word of God.  The closer we are with Jesus the more our thought conforms to His image.

If we walk with Jesus we are in perfect will of God.  And we’re doing God’s perfect will. And as a result the power of God will flow in us and through us and God will grant us all our desires.   We can cry out to God for His supernatural help now and the supernatural help comes.  It flows forth from our abiding in Christ our abiding covers all our beings. Our abiding is so strong and the character of Jesus is so strong that we can be poked left, right and center and it doesn’t change our life.  We know how to abide in and have patience in tribulation; we stand like the rock of Gibraltar, against the storm and until we see our desired result. God’s word is unchanging:

“And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him  “and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house. Acts 7:9-10

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,  who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.  For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. Now if we are afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effective for enduring the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or if we are comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you will partake of the consolation.  For we do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, of our trouble which came to us in Asia: that we were burdened beyond measure, above strength, so that we despaired even of life. Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead, who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us,  2 Corinthians 1:3-10

Yes we might have seasons when we meet with losses and crosses in the world, but the joy of the Lord is still our strength. And He will make our feet like deer’s feet, and He will make us walk on our high hills. The great redemptive work of our Lord covers the complete person—body, soul and spirit. It reaches even into the realm of physical necessities. Jesus said to his disciples, “Take no anxious thought, saying, What shall we eat? Or, what shall we drink? Or, How shall we be clothed? For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:31–34).

We don’t live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God and God is our source of our total supply, our provision, our exceeding great reward and all that we need. Through God’s grace and Spirit we can be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might and stand until the victory and our breakthrough is manifested proving the faithfulness of our God. In the midst of all our troubles Jesus is still a balm for every wound, a cordial for every care. He is still a friend who sticks closer than a brother!

ABUNDANCE

command theCreating the Life of Abundance

God wants the best for us, and that includes abundant blessings of every kind in every area of our lives. The Bible says Jesus came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. This means banishing fear from our lives and embracing what God has already set aside for us. When we believe in what God tells us and start behaving in a way that reflects our beliefs, we will begin to see the manifestations of those blessings.

Elijah listened to God and heard the sound of abundance (1 Kings 18:1).

We as Christians do not need to operate in lack or shortage. God has blessed us abundantly, even in times when we do not physically see the manifestation of those blessings.

There is no deficiency in heaven, but rather a surplus. So it is in heaven, so it can be in our lives.

The enemy comes to take away and steal from us (John 10:10, AMP).

The presence of the Word in our lives nullifies the enemy and renders him powerless.

Jesus came so that we can have abundant life. The key word is “abundant.”

God can pour out so many blessings in our lives, they will overflow and spill over to others.

We need to line up our expectations with the Scriptures. The manifestations of the blessings in our lives hinge on our belief.

When Elijah told Ahab about the abundance from God, Ahab believed (1 Kings 18:41).

We need to listen with our spiritual ears and see through the eyes of the Lord.

The mind is very powerful. It can either allow us to embrace prosperity and abundance or hold us back from it (1 Peter 1:13, AMP).

An abundant life is not reached by living in lack of any kind. We receive God’s blessing through His grace.

Grace is divine favor, and we can set our hope on the knowledge that it will come to us.

When we live by His principles, blessings in our finances and in other areas will be manifested.

This abundance is given to us so that we may bless others with it.

We need a mindset that lines up with God’s Word. That alignment is found in the Scriptures.

It is not God’s will for us to be broke and in debt. In order to believe in our abundance and prosperity we need to brace up and support our minds with the Scriptures.

We must deliberately choose the things that pertain to life and godliness.

We are God’s children, and He tells us to listen and obey (Proverbs 4:20-23).

We must fix our minds on what God intends for us.

In addition to our minds, we must also keep God’s word in our hearts. Internalize it and let it sink into our psyche.

His word is life and abundance

EXCEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY

Ephesians 3:14 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height — 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

SERMONS DO NOT CHANGE PEOPLE OR NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCES BUT THE POWER OF GOD THROUGH THE ANOINTING DOES AND CAN. GOD CAN AND WILL DO THE IMPOSSIBLE FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE AND ALLOW HIS POWER TO WORK IN THEM. HE CAN HEAL ANY SICK OR BROKEN BODY. HE CAN MEET AND SUPPLY EACH AND EVERY NEED. HE CAN DEAL WITH AND DESTROY ANY AND EVERY ENEMY. HE CAN MOVE ANY MOUNTAIN INTO THE SEA. GOD’S SUPPLY IS LIMITLESS AND ETERNALLY YOURS. YOU WILL NEVER EXHAUST GOD’S SUPPLY!

ISAIAH 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ 11 ” Behold, all those who were incensed against you Shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing, And those who strive with you shall perish. 12 You shall seek them and not find them — Those who contended with you. Those who war against you Shall be as nothing, As a nonexistent thing. 13 For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you

You Are A Son And An Heir Of God

6And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” 7Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. Galatians 4:6–7

Perhaps these questions have been popping into your head lately: “If You are a Christian, why are you sick? If your heavenly Father is so wonderful, why do you have so many problems? Doesn’t your God help you, His child?”

And if you have been tempted to ask, “God, I am Your child. Why is this happening to me?” know that Jesus knows exactly how you feel because 2,000 years ago, the devil played the same trick on Him — “If you are the Son of God…” (Matthew 4:3) You see, the devil’s intention was to make Jesus doubt His Sonship, and the devil wants to do the same thing to you today.

He wants to destroy the Spirit of sonship in you and in the body of believers. He knows that once you really believe that you are a son of God, something happens — you begin to live life as “an heir of God through Christ”.

As a son and an heir of God, you inherit all the blessings of God which Jesus died to give you, including salvation, healing, prosperity, wholeness, favor, intimacy with God and answered prayers. And Jesus rose from the dead to make sure that what He died to give you, you get. He is alive today to enforce this rich, blood-bought inheritance in your life!

My friend, you are an heir of God through Christ. This means that you are joint heirs with Jesus. (Romans 8:17) So His inheritance is your inheritance too!

What is prosperity when you are an heir of God? All the diamonds and gold came from Him. What is provision when you are an heir of God? He owns every beast in the forest and the cattle on a thousand hills. (Psalm 50:10) What is healing when you are an heir of God? He is your Creator and the very breath of your life.

Beloved, enjoy every bit of your inheritance in Christ, not because you deserve it, but because it was paid for by Jesus’ blood!

Thought For The Day
As joint heirs with Christ, His inheritance is your inheritance too!

A PLACE OF ABUNDANCE :

“…We went through fire and water, but You brought us to a place of abundance” – (Psalm 66:12 NIV).

Everyone has times in life when they feel like they are going through the fire, so to speak, or they feel overwhelmed with everyday life. If that’s you today, understand that God is going to bring you through those challenges. He’s going to bring you through the fire and the flood into a place of abundance and victory! We serve a God of more than enough, and His desire is to always make sure you have whatever you need to be successful and victorious in every area of your life.

Remember, John 10 says that Jesus came so that we can have life—abundant life! He wants you to have an abundance of resources, an abundance of wisdom, an abundance of peace—everything you need. Open your heart and thank Him for His goodness. Begin to receive His promises by faith. Let your praise open the door for Him to move on your behalf so He can take you to a place of abundance in every area of your life!

And kings shall be your foster fathers and guardians, and their queens your nursing mothers. They shall bow down to you with their faces to the earth and lick up the dust of your feet; and you shall know [with an acquaintance and understanding based on and grounded in personal experience] that I am the Lord; for they shall not be put to shame who wait for, look for, hope for, and expect Me.Isaiah 49:23 Amplified Bible (AMP)

Say this with me……
No weapon formed against me, shall prosper. And every tongue that arises against me in judgment I now condemn, this is my heritage as a servant of the Lord, if there are those who have been speaking, praying or seeking to harm me or who have rejected me I now forgive them. Having forgiven them, I bless them, in the name of the Lord.
Now I decree, O Lord you alone are my God and beside you there is no other. And right now, I do not submit myself, to the present reality, I declare right now, I resist the devil, all his pressures, all his attacks, all his deceptions and every instrument, every agent that he would seek to use against me I do not submit to him, I resist him, I drive him out from before me. And I exclude him in the name of Jesus.
And right now, I reject and repel every infirmity, every infection, all pain, in- inflammation, allergies, viruses, and I break, every curse and I also reject and break every form of witchcraft (control or manipulation over me), every type of stress, and every named sickness that has come upon my life, and I declare that I am free.
And finally, I thank you Lord, that through the sacrifice of Jesus, on the cross, I now pass from under the curse and enter in to the blessings of Abraham whom you have blessed in all things, in exaltation, in health, in reproducing, in prosperity, and in victory.
I declare God’s favor, is upon my life. I declare God’s grace is upon my life. I am in friendship with God. I declare that I am now free to prosper and to advance into my purpose, Today, in the Name of Jesus. AMEN.

CREATION CAN’T BUT REDEMPTION CAN!

John 9:7 – And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing.

When Adam sinned and fell, everything about creation fell. Yet, people today are still putting their trust in creation. For example, they try to become healthy by eating what is called the “Eden diet” — vegetables and no meat. They are acting as if creation did not fall. They also forget that there are people who eat well and exercise regularly, and still drop dead in the prime of their lives!

Thank God that what creation cannot do, redemption can and did. Jesus demonstrated this when He spat on the ground, made clay with the saliva and put it on a blind man’s eyes. (John 9:6–7) Now, it is certainly unusual to put clay on a blind man’s eyes because he would become doubly blind!

So why did Jesus do that?

He was demonstrating to us that all our body parts come from the ground and that because creation is fallen, the work of creation cannot open a blind man’s eyes. But the work of redemption can! That is why He sent the blind man to the pool of Siloam. The word “Siloam” means “Sent”, referring to the sent one, Jesus. When the blind man washed his eyes in the pool of the sent one, he received supernatural healing for his eyes.

Beloved, when we go to Jesus, the sent one who came to redeem us with the price of His blood, and we rest in His finished work, we will receive the miracle we need. If we believe that by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), we will have greater health than those who trust in creation.

Jesus was sent to redeem us from every curse that came upon creation with the fall of Adam. (Galatians 3:13) He has redeemed us from sickness, pain, sorrow, depression, poverty and even death. The world may know Him as the Creator. But today, we know Him as our Redeemer. Where the work of creation cannot save us, His work of redemption can and has!

WHAT IS A MIRACLE?

Luke 23:8 “And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him.”

Herod desired to see Jesus perform some kind of miracle, and some of the questions he asked Jesus made this desire obvious. However, Jesus did not use His faith to do any miracles for Herod.

Miracles are God’s way of meeting the needs of those who seek Him in faith. Miracles will sometimes be used to demonstrate God’s ability so that people may believe (Mk. 2:10-11), but they will not happen to skeptics who are tempting God (Lk. 4:9-12).

A miracle is a supernatural intervention of God’s power over natural law.

Healings occur within the boundaries of natural law while miracles are not limited to natural law. A person with a high fever who receives prayer and then begins to recover is experiencing a healing. The Lord intervened but in natural ways. The virus, infection, or whatever was rebuked left the body (Lk. 4:39) and then the natural healing process that the Lord built into all of us took over. When something totally supernatural happens, that’s a miracle. When Jesus reattached the servant’s ear and it was instantly whole after Peter cut it off (Lk. 22:51), demonstrated a miracle. It was also a healing, but it was a miraculous healing.

Feeding the five thousand (Mt. 14:19-20), walking on the water (Mt. 14:25), translating a ship and all aboard to the other side of the sea (Jn. 6:21) – all these are miracles. Miracles are usually instantaneous whereas healings are sometimes gradual.

The Lord has never had anyone who was qualified working for Him. It’s by God’s grace that He uses any of us. Anyone who claims to be used of God because of his great holiness is either deceived or a deceiver. It’s our faith in the grace of God that allows miracles to flow through us.

SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING :

“The earth was formless and empty…and God said, Let there be light” – (Genesis 1:2–3, NIV)

Do you need a miracle in your life for something that seems impossible? With man it may be, but we serve the all-powerful God, and He can create something out of nothing! He can make a way when there seems to be no way and open doors that seemed closed forever!

Genesis tells us that in the beginning, God created the heavens and earth, but before He spoke the world into existence, it was formless and void. If God can make the world out of nothing, He can take the empty places in your life and create something beautiful, too! He can speak light into your darkest hour. He can take your formless dreams and give them shape. He can resurrect your dormant gifts and talents! He can make your crooked places straight!

Remember, you are created in the image of almighty God. There’s power in your words, and there’s power when you’re in agreement with Him. Start saying what God says about your situation. Speak life to your broken dreams today. Speak hope into the hopeless places. Keep an attitude of faith and expectancy because He will turn things around for you and create something out of nothing!

KNOW AND BELIEVE GOD’S LOVE FOR YOU

1 John 4:16 – And we have known and believed the love that God has for us…

You may know that God cares for you and loves you, and that He demonstrated His love for you by dying on the cross for you, but do you believe it? It is one thing to know about the love that God has for you, but another thing to actually believe it in your heart.

It is one thing to know that the sun shines on us during the day. But it is another thing to believe that the sun is still shining even though we don’t feel its warmth and all we see are dark clouds. Sometimes we are slow in believing God’s love for us when we are going through a tough time. But God wants you to know and believe that He loves you in the midst of the deal falling through, when that job is slow in coming, when the boss is fault-finding or when your child still refuses to come home.

In the midst of the pain, He wants you to know and believe that He is wholly on your side defending and taking care of you. And if God, the most powerful being in the universe, is for you, can anyone or anything come against you successfully?

Perhaps you feel like you have messed up big time. God wants you to know and believe that though others may be angry with you, He will never be angry with you. Neither will He condemn you. The sum total of His anger against your sins fell upon Jesus at the cross. So He wants you to know and believe that He will never punish you because Jesus was punished in your place.

When you feel unworthy because you have just blown it for the umpteenth time, know and believe that your heavenly Father still offers you the gift of no condemnation. So come boldly to His throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace. (Hebrews 4:16)

My friend, know and believe that since He loved you and died for you while you were still a sinner (Romans 5:8) at your worst and ugliest, how much more is His love for you now that you are His beloved child and the righteousness of God in Christ! (2 Corinthians 5:21)

Thought For The Day

If God, the most powerful being in the universe, is for you, can anyone or anything come against you successfully?

RECOGNIZING AND WALKING IN GOD’S WILL (2)

‘The mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace.’ Romans 8:6 NIV

Choose a spiritual, not carnal mindset. Carnality is at the core of our unregenerate nature and it lives on even after we become Christians. Its gravitational pull’s always away from God to self–centred living. The Bible says, ‘The carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can it be.’ (Romans 8:7 NKJV) The carnal mind makes us suspicious, sceptical, self–promoting, and spiritually blind to God’s will. Being spiritually–minded means centring your choices on God’s Word and the Spirit’s prompting. The good news is, ‘You…are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit, if you have the Spirit of God living in you.’ (Romans 8:9 NLT) Giving in to the flesh isn’t inevitable. You can decide whether the flesh or the Spirit guides you! Peter, in a spiritual mindset, received a revelation of Jesus’ deity. ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’ Jesus replied, ‘This was not revealed to you by [flesh], but by My Father.’ (Matthew 16:16–17 NIV) Shortly after, Jesus told His disciples the dreadful means of His death. In a moment of misguided carnality, Peter refused to accept it. ‘Never, Lord!’ he said. ‘This shall never happen to You!’ (Matthew 16:22 NIV) A carnal mindset is an invitation to Satan. So Jesus told Peter, ‘Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but…of men.’ (Matthew16:23 NIV) So keep your mind spiritually focused and ready to do God’s will.

ABUNDANCE

ABTHE GOODNESS OF GOD :

Luke 12:5 – “But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.”

Second Timothy 1:7 says, “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” First John 4:18 says, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” These scriptures may look like they are contradictions to Jesus’ statement here; however, they are not.

There are two kinds of fear. The American Heritage Dictionary defines fear as “a feeling of alarm or disquiet caused by the expectation of danger, pain, disaster, or the like; terror; dread; apprehension.” It also defines fear as “extreme reverence or awe, as toward a supreme power.”

It is this reverence or awe that God’s Word teaches saints to have towards God. Hebrews 12:28 says that there is a godly fear with which we are supposed to serve God and thereby implies that there is an ungodly fear that is not acceptable in serving God.

Satan has always used this ungodly dread or terror to torment godly people. Those who have been born again should have no dread or terror of God unless they are planning to renounce their faith in Jesus as their Savior. We have a covenant that guarantees us acceptance with God (Eph. 1:6), as long as we hold fast to our profession of faith in the atoning blood of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

For an unbeliever, the fear of the Lord is a great deterrent from sin. However, for those of us who have received the grace of God, it is His goodness that causes us to fear him and depart from sin. His goodness is awesome!

LOOKIN’ GOOD!

Let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works. —Hebrews 10:24

After trying on my new sunglasses in the car one day, my daughter handed them back and said, “These are notsunglasses, Mom. They’re just fashion lenses. Let me guess,” she teased, “you bought them because you look cute in them.”

Okay, I have to admit—my daughter knows me. I hadn’t given a passing thought to UV rays or even whether those glasses would actually block the sun. I just really liked the way they looked on me.

Most of us like to look good. We want to appear that we “have it all together”—with no struggles or fears or temptations or heartaches.

Trying to maintain a façade of perfection on our spiritual journey doesn’t help us or our fellow travelers. But sharing our lives with others in the body of Christ benefits us as well as others. When we are a bit more transparent, we may find people who are struggling in a similar situation. And as we enjoy a growing fellowship with God and become more aware of our own brokenness and inadequacy, God is able to use us more fully to help others.

Let’s allow God to strip away any pretense and “let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” (Heb. 10:24 NIV).

Wearing a mask that shows everything’s fine
Says that life’s struggles are not God’s design;
But when we’re open, transparent, and true,
People will trust God to meet their needs too.

Believers stand strong when they don’t stand alone.

MAKE HELL TREMBLE

For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. – 1 John 3:8

Is the devil giving you fits today? Is he causing trouble for you at every turn?

If so, turn the table on him. Start making him miserable for a change. You have the power to do it, you know. You have the power residing in you to destroy his works, to heal, to deliver, to set the captives free. You have so much power in you that every time your alarm clock goes off, the devil should wail, “Oh no! That troublemaker is up again!”

A few years ago, I got a letter from a little girl who had attended one of my healing services in Los Angeles. Although she was far too young to understand theology or anything like that, the Lord gave her a very simple and profound revelation as she watched people being healed.

She said that as she looked up at the platform, she couldn’t see me at all. She just saw Jesus. And she also saw a devil. Do you know what the devil was doing? He was lying on the floor crying, “This can’t be! This can’t be! This can’t be!”

Right now, at this very moment, the power of the Lord Jesus Christ is at work within you. And it’s not just there to get you to heaven someday. It’s there so you can give the devil a fit right here on earth. It’s there so you can build the kingdom of God now– while there’s still time.

Line up with God’s Word and will for your life. Let the anointing of Jesus go forth from within you. All of hell will tremble. And you will never be quite the same again.

YOUR NEXT STOP IS A PLACE OF ABUNDANCE!

Psalm 66:12 – … we went through fire and through water; but You brought us out to rich fulfillment.

Are you in a situation where people are stepping all over you and they seem to have the upper hand? You feel as if the challenge you are facing is so big that you are going through fire. And you are so overwhelmed by everything that is happening around you that you feel as if you are drowning.

My friend, I want you to know that your heavenly Father hears your cry for help and He will rescue you. The psalmist says that “we went through fire and through water; but You brought us out to rich fulfillment”. If you have been through the fire and water, then your next stop is a place of rich fulfillment or abundance!

This place of abundance was indeed the next stop for a church member who had suddenly found himself facing allegations involving some money laundering activities within the bank where he was one of the top executives. Investigations later exonerated him, but because of the bad vibes caused by the incident, he was asked to resign.

He was then aged 52. Friends told him to retire and relax, but retirement was far from his mind. This brother believed that if God had allowed this to happen, it must be that He was leading him to a better place, one of rich fulfillment. And indeed, soon after this difficult experience, one of the top banks offered him a handsome salary to join them in one of their top positions.

A few years later, at age 56, he was headhunted by one of the biggest public-listed companies to start a new division. He accepted the offer and was paid double what he had been earning.

Beloved, your heavenly Father does not lie when He tells you that He will bring you out to rich fulfillment if you are going through a difficult time. Trust Him and you will find yourself stepping into your place of abundance!

BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST :

Luke 24:49 “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.”

This filling of the Holy Ghost is subsequent to the born-again experience.

Paul reveals in Rom. 10:9, that a person has to confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that Jesus was raised from the dead, before he can be saved.

It is possible to be saved, yet not have what Jesus said was the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Since the Holy Spirit is now given freely and we don’t have to tarry for His coming, we can receive salvation and the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the same time. However, it is not automatic. We must ask and believe for the baptism of the Holy Ghost, just as we believed for salvation.

Speaking in tongues is unique to the Church Age. This is because when a person speaks in tongues, his new born-again spirit is speaking (1 Cor. 14:14), not his mind. Before salvation, our spirit was the part of us that was, “dead in trespasses and sins.” Until we received a new spirit (2 Cor. 5:17), the Holy Ghost could not give us this supernatural communication with the Father.

There are two kinds of speaking in tongues which are clearly spoken of in 1 Corinthians 13:1. They are called “the tongues of men and of angels.” The tongues of men are the known languages in which the disciples spoke. The tongues of angels, or heavenly languages, are the tongues that all Spirit-filled believers can speak, and are what Paul spoke about in 1 Corinthians 12-14.

Jesus said that the Holy Spirit would lead us into all truth and teach us all things. Receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost is the single most important key to receiving revelation knowledge from God.

HE HOLDS THE KEYS :

“I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades” – (Revelation 1:18, NIV)

Have you ever been locked out of your car or house? It can be very frustrating and inconvenient. Not having your keys can keep you stuck and unproductive. It steals your time and can steal your peace and joy if you let it.

In the same way, we need spiritual keys to access what God has for us — eternal life, peace, freedom and blessing here on earth. But we don’t have to stand on the outside and be frustrated because Jesus holds the keys, and He has opened the way for us to walk through the door of eternal life. Eternal life begins the moment you make Him your Lord and Savior. You don’t have to live in defeat, mediocrity, sickness, sin or any kind of bondage any longer; you have access to the abundant life Jesus came to give!

Today, if you feel stuck, locked out or defeated, remember, Jesus is the one who holds the keys. All you have to do is call on His name and He will answer. He promises to hear you and will deliver you. He wants to be the hero of your story, so call on Him today and receive the victory He has prepared for you!

The Son’s Heartbeat For You

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.3 John 1:2, KJV

Let’s say that you are now in your nineties. Someone comes along and asks you, “Sir, you have been a Christian for a very long time. You have seen much and done much with God by your side. You have prayed all kinds of prayers too. So what would you place as top priority when you pray for people?”

I believe the apostle John was asked a similar question and his reply was, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” When the apostle John wrote 3 John, he was already a very old man and probably the only disciple of the original 12 who was still alive. It had been so long ago since he last walked alongside his beloved Lord, and witnessed His crucifixion, resurrection and ascension.

The apostle John had also leaned on the Lord’s bosom on the night of the Last Supper. And I believe that there on Jesus’ bosom, he must have felt the heartbeat of the Son of God — that loving and compassionate heartbeat which had caused Him to go about “doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil”. (Acts 10:38) In fact, two-thirds of Jesus’ ministry on earth had to do with healing the sick.

And now, nearing the end of his life, and after all he had heard, seen and experienced, the apostle John prioritized, above all things, health as well as prosperity. He said, “I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.” He knew the Lord’s heartbeat. He knew that the Lord wants and will always want these for His people.

Jesus had prioritized divine healing during His earthly ministry. And Jesus, who is “the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8), will do the same for you today. His heart still beats for you. He will never miss an opportunity to do good to you, to heal you of your broken body, emotional scars and weary spirit, and to prosper you!

Thought For The Day

The Lord wants and will always want health and prosperity for His people.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY :

“I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For He has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of His righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.” (Isaiah 61:10)

Dear Lord God, I praise You. I honor You. You woke me up with Your tenderly kisses early this morning. The voice of love from the Cross came to my ears; telling me now is the time to praise God for another beautiful day. I rejoice in the Lord for I am now free from all bondage’s, I simply soak in the riches of the glory of God. May the unfailing love of God come upon me and surround me with the song of deliverance’s in all of my days!

Gratefully, in Jesus’ holy name. Amen !!!

ABUNDANCE

AAHOLINESS IS A FRUIT:

Luke 11:42 – “But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done and not to leave the other undone.”

When Jesus said, “and not to leave the other undone,” it is clear that He is not arguing against doing what is right. God’s Word stresses holiness in our actions. The Pharisees’ error that caused Jesus’ rebuke was that they believed their actions could produce a right relationship with God. But a proper relationship with God can only come by humbling ourselves and putting faith in a Savior, who is Jesus. God cleanses our hearts by grace through faith (Eph. 2:8) and then we have our fruit unto holiness (Rom. 6:22). Holiness is a fruit, not a root, of salvation.

In a similar instance found in Matthew 23:26, Jesus told the Pharisees, “Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.” True Christianity comes from the inside out. A good heart will change a man’s actions, but a man’s actions cannot change his heart.

One of religion’s favorite doctrines is that if you will just act right, you will be right. Nothing could be further from the truth. You must be born again. And if you are born again, then holiness is a by-product and not the way to a relationship with God.

This is the heart of the Gospel. Every major religion of the world has a moral standard it enforces, but only Christianity offers salvation through a Savior. Presenting holiness in any way other than as a result of salvation is denying Jesus as our Savior and places the burden of salvation on us. Improper emphasis on achieving holiness or salvation through one’s own actions can damn that person. We must trust Jesus completely.

YOUR DEADLY ENEMY :

I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again…. – 1 Thessalonians 4:13

Many of us, even though we’re believers, have seen grief and sorrow as such a natural part of life that we haven’t even questioned them. In fact, if we’re honest, we’d have to admit there are times when we actually want to feel sad and sorry for ourselves.

Why would we choose to feel sorrow? Because sorrow has an emotional kick to it. It offers a surge of feeling that, in the beginning stages, is almost intoxicating.

But grief and sorrow are dangerous things. Several years ago God showed me that they’re not the innocent emotions we’ve thought they were. The force behind these emotions are actually spirit beings sent by the devil himself to kill, steal and destroy.
They are a part of the devastating, satanic barrage Jesus took on Himself when He died on the Cross (Is. 53). He bore grief and sorrow, so we wouldn’t have to. If they come knocking on your door, remember, they are not innocent emotions. They are deadly enemies that Jesus already carried away at Calvary.

Don’t live as those who have no hope. You’re a believer. You know that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again. That not only gives you hope where physical death is concerned, it gives you hope in every situation. Sorrow not!

GRAIN ON THE MOUNTAINTOP

There will be an abundance of grain in the earth, on the top of the mountains. —Psalm 72:16

I’ve been on a number of mountaintops in the US in my time, and I can tell you that not much grows up there. The summits of mountains are bare rock and lichen. That’s not where you would normally find an abundance of grain.

But Solomon, who wrote Psalm 72, asked God for “an abundance of grain . . . on the top of the mountains,” to characterize his reign as king. If grain on the mountain is so unusual, what is Solomon suggesting? That God’s power can produce results in even the most unpromising soil?

Perhaps you think of yourself as a little person, with very little to bring to the kingdom. Take courage: God can produce an abundant harvest through you. This is one of the ironies of faith: God uses the insignificant to accomplish the great. Not many of us are wise or noble; most of us are anonymous and far from extraordinary. Yet all of us can be used. And contrary to what we might think, it is because of our weakness that we can be used by God (1 Cor. 1:27-29; 2 Cor. 12:10).

It’s possible to be too big or proud for God to use, but we can never be too little. “Out of weakness” we are “made strong” (Heb. 11:34). By God’s great power, we can do all that He has called us to do.

Lord, You work through such common things—those of us with flaws and weaknesses. We are in awe of Your power and humbled by Your choice of us. Our hearts long to be faithful to You.

To experience God’s power, we must first admit that we are weak.

Condemnation Is The Root Cause

Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1, NASB

When you have a plant with sickly leaves, it would be foolish to just treat the leaves without knowing the root cause of the problem. Similarly, when “leaves” of sickness, poverty and destructive habits start sprouting in your life, you need to know what the root cause is.

Experts will tell you that it is stress. They may go a little deeper and say that it is fear — fear of the future, of rejection, of loss, of death and so on. But is fear really the root? Or is there something deeper than fear?

The Bible shows us that the most fundamental cause of problems in our lives is condemnation. With condemnation comes fear. Fear then induces stress which brings about the symptoms of the curse.

This is what happened to Adam. Long before he faced poverty, sickness and eventually death, he had stress. Because of his sin, God told him, “In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground.” (Genesis 3:19) Sweat speaks of stress. But before there was stress, there was fear because Adam told God, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.” (Genesis 3:10)

But what made Adam fearful? Adam only feared when, seeing his nakedness, he realized that he had sinned against God. He felt so ashamed and condemned that he hid himself. God then asked him, “Who told you that you were naked?” (Genesis 3:11) There was no one else in the garden other than Adam and Eve, so we know that it was probably the devil who told Adam that he was naked.

My friend, condemnation is the root cause of the symptoms of the curse manifesting in your life. That is why you need to know that at the cross, God took all your sins, put them on Jesus and unleashed the full fury of His wrath against them until Jesus cried out, “It is finished!”

All your sins have been completely punished in the body of Christ who was condemned for you. The root cause of all your problems has been dealt with. This means that the devil cannot enforce the curse in your life apart from your receiving condemnation. So come to the place of no condemnation and no sick leaves will sprout in your life!

Thought For The Day
Condemnation is the root cause of the symptoms of the curse manifesting in your life

Have A Large Revelation Of Jesus!

…grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…    2 Peter 3:18

In the Old Testament, three types of burnt offerings were brought to God. I believe that the rich brought offerings of young bulls (Leviticus 1:3), the not-so-rich brought sheep (Leviticus 1:10) and the poor brought turtledoves. (Leviticus 1:14) Though of varying sizes and values, the different burnt offerings were all accepted as sweet aroma to the Lord. (Leviticus 1:9, 13, 17)

These burnt offerings speak of Jesus and His perfect work at the cross. Today, to bring a “rich” offering means that you have a large revelation of Jesus and His finished work. To bring a “not-so-rich” offering means that you have a smaller revelation of Jesus and His finished work. But whatever the size of the revelation you have of Jesus, God accepts you just the same because Jesus is the only measure of your acceptance before God.

However, God wants you to grow in your revelation of Jesus because your well-being hinges on it. Before that first Passover night, all the children of Israel had received the same Word of God — “when I see the blood, I will pass over you”. (Exodus 12:13) But I believe that some households lived through that night trembling in fear as they heard the loud wails outside their homes, while other households rested in God’s Word, ate their Passover lamb and spent the night rejoicing in His protection, deliverance and love for them.

You see, as long as the households came under the blood, they were all saved, trembling or not! But when they didn’t have a revelation of the power of the blood to save them from the destroyer, fear came in even though the blood availed for them. In the same way, God does not want you to struggle through trying times with fear, apprehension and stress. He wants you to enjoy and rest in a greater revelation of Jesus as your deliverer and salvation.

In 2 Peter 1:2, it says, “Grace and peace be multiplied to you…” God wants you to experience more of His grace and peace in your life. How? The verse continues, “… in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord”. The more knowledge of Jesus you have, the more God’s grace and peace will rest on you!

Thought For The Day
Grow in your revelation of Jesus so that more of His grace and peace will rest on you.

JESUS’ AUTHORITY HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US :

Matthew 28:18–19:
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go therefore…

When God created man, He gave man authority to have dominion over everything on earth. (Genesis 1:26) But when man sinned, he gave this authority to Satan. And when man’s authority was transferred to Satan, Satan brought in diseases, poverty, strife, bitterness, pain, loss and death. He messed up everything on earth for man.

“Pastor, why didn’t God just grab the devil by the neck and throw him out of the garden?”

God did not do that because He is a judicial God. It was a man who gave away his authority to Satan. So it had to be a man who would legally take it back. And God has done this through a Man. His name is Jesus!

By His death on the cross, Jesus righteously restored all that man had lost. That is why, just before He went back to heaven, He said, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore…” Those words tell us that He has transferred His authority to us. The same authority that He had over the storm, evil spirits, sicknesses, diseases and even death is now ours to use.

So when there are reports of a flu epidemic and of young children falling sick in the media, know that you have dominion over the epidemic. Declare, “By the authority given to me in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, this flu virus will not come near my children. I plead the blood of Jesus over them.”

If you have been told that your family has a history of heart disease, take dominion and declare, “By the authority given to me in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I destroy every form, manifestation and hereditary cause of this disease. By His blood, my family has been redeemed from this and every other curse.”

My friend, the authority which has been restored to us is not just the authority on earth which man had before the fall, but Jesus’ unquestionable and complete authority in heaven and on earth!

A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN ON EARTH :

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another…even as Christ forgave you. – Colossians 3:12-13

Living in a home filled with the love and the peace of God Himself is almost like living in heaven right here on earth. We all know that’s true. And we long to live in such a home. Yet, time and time again, we shortchange our families. We spend our kindest words and our most winning smiles on those beyond our front door.
Have you ever wondered why?

The answer is simpler than you might suspect. Spiritually speaking, your family is under attack. You see, it is not only one of your most precious gifts, when it’s operating in harmony, it’s one of your most powerful resources. Satan knows that even if you don’t–and he’s out to destroy it.

His battle plan is simple. He will do everything he can to create strife in your home. He’ll stir up feelings of self-pity and jealousy. He’ll encourage you to nurse resentments and harbor bitterness. And through it all, his purpose remains the same, to divide and destroy your home.

When God’s people get in harmony with each other, miracles start to happen. Their agreement creates an atmosphere in which God’s supernatural, miracle-working power is free to flow! So Satan is constantly tempting us to spoil that atmosphere, to foul things up by being at odds with each other. All too often we fall prey to his tactics simply because we don’t realize just how dangerous strife really is. One close look at the Word of God will solve that problem, however. James 3:16 says, “Where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”

Don’t open the door of your home to Satan by allowing your family the “luxury” of a few quarrels.

Stop the destruction before it starts. Anchor yourself to God’s Word. Find out what He has to say about the power of agreement. Stop looking at your family from your own limited perspective and start seeing it as God sees it–as a powerhouse! That way you won’t drift helplessly into an argument every time a gust of emotion blows through your home.

Determine right now not to let the devil have your family. Instead, pray for them, support them and love them. Bring them together, so you can all enjoy a little bit of heaven on earth.

See The Abundance Within You

…For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21

When you were younger, were you often scolded for not finishing all your food or leaving the lights and fan on when you left your room? Were you constantly reminded that there are people starving in the world, that electricity costs a lot of money and that money doesn’t grow on trees? Now, do you find yourself telling your child the same things?

We are naturally conscious of lack, but Jesus isn’t. Even in the midst of lack, He was always conscious of abundance. Remember the little boy’s five loaves and two fish? What did Jesus do when these were placed in His hands? Did He say, “What do you expect Me to do with so little?” No, His eyes were not on the natural, the visible, the lack. His eyes were on the kingdom of God where there is always abundance. So in His hands, the little boy’s lunch was multiplied, and 5,000 men, not counting women and children, were fed that day! (John 6:1–13)

God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack in your natural circumstances. He doesn’t want you to live by how much you earn or how much you have in the bank. Now, I am not encouraging you to spend foolishly beyond your means. I am saying that God wants you to be conscious of the abundance of resources in His kingdom.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY :

“The earth is filled with your love, LORD; teach me your decrees.” (Psalm 119:64)

Dear Heavenly Father, I praise You. I honor You. I sing You hymns of praise with my lips of pureness caused You are my Creator and Provider. Your unfailing love in me endures forever. May God shower down abundant blessings upon me like the pouring rain of this morning! May God grant me wisdom and knowledge and help me to fulfill Your great plans in the coming days! Let the words of God fill full my mouth as they are sweeter than honey from honeycomb.

Gratefully, in Jesus’ holy name I pray. Amen !!!

A1HIS ABUNDANCE :

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap… – Luke 6:38, NIV

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.2 Corinthians 9:8

Our God is a God of abundance! He wants to pour out His abundance on you until you are so full that you are running over! But, notice how today’s verse starts. It says, “Give and it will be given to you.” That’s because your giving sets the blessing of God into motion in your life. When you give, you plant a seed. If you were to plant an apple seed, you wouldn’t just grow one single fruit. No, that one seed grows into a tree that produces an abundance of apples! That’s what happens when you obey God in your giving. You get an abundant harvest in return. You reap so much that you have to give it away, and the cycle just keeps repeating itself!

Is there something the Lord is telling you to give today? What do you have in your hand that you can bless someone else with? It can be financial or material, but take a step of faith today and open the door to His abundance in every area of your life!

KING OF HEARTS :

Mark 4:30, “And he said, Where unto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?”

The word “kingdom” means “the realm over which a king rules.” When applied to God, it could refer to all creation, since “his kingdom ruleth over all” (Ps. 103:19), but the kingdom more often applies to His rule in and through those who are submitted to Him. “The Kingdom of God” more specifically refers to Christ living and ruling in our hearts. So praying “thy kingdom come” is praying for the expansion and influence of God’s rule in the hearts of men everywhere and, ultimately, the establishment of His physical Kingdom here on earth at His second coming (Rev. 11:15; 20:4).

Throughout Jesus’ earthly ministry, the Jews kept looking for Jesus to establish a physical kingdom here on the earth and deliver them from the oppression of the Romans. Although, during the Millenium, the Kingdom of God will physically rule over the nations of the earth, Jesus’ Kingdom is spiritually established by His Word and not by carnal weapons (2 Cor. 10:3-5). Jesus said, “The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation . . .behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Lk. 17:20-21) Paul says we are already in the Kingdom of God (Col. 1:13). The Kingdom of God is therefore Christ’s “invisible Church,” His body. The Kingdom began during His earthly ministry and is still ruling the hearts of men today.

The new birth ushers us into the Kingdom of God which is infinitely greater in wonder and benefits than our finite minds can comprehend. To the degree that we do begin to understand how God’s Kingdom works and apply our lives to it, we can experience heaven here on earth. Pray for a release into the physical of what is already present in your spiritual being

A Health and Wealth Christian

“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day” (Deut. 8:18).

I have been accused of being a “health and wealth” preacher. My response is, “Guilty as charged!” God’s Word is full of His goodness. In fact, God’s goodness is in His glory. James 1:17 says that good gifts come from God and that God doesn’t change. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that health and prosperity are good and sickness and poverty are bad. Health and prosperity are a part of The Blessing and sickness and disease are a part of the curse.

Galatians 3:13 says that Jesus came to earth to redeem us from the curse of the law. In other words, part of His mission and goal was to make a way for those who would receive Him to walk in life, health, and prosperity.

Did Jesus accomplish on the earth what He was sent to accomplish? Did Jesus complete the task that His Father sent Him to do? Did Jesus make a way for mankind to be redeemed from the curse of the law? Of course He did! Jesus did not fail in any part of the mission He was sent to do. Upon returning to the Father after His ascension, I guarantee you that Jesus did not have to make up an excuse or give a reason why He didn’t do everything He was sent to do. He completed everything. He was the perfect sacrifice and paid in full everything that was to be paid for man’s redemption.

The curse of the law, as described in Deuteronomy chapter 28, involved three parts: 1) death, 2) sickness and disease, and 3) poverty. Jesus paid the price in full for our complete redemption – not just a third, not two-thirds, but completely in full. When Jesus said, “It is finished,” it was finished. God’s plan is for us to replace the curse in our life with The Blessing. We replace death with life. We replace sickness with health. And we replace poverty with prosperity.

If it is true, and it is, that Jesus redeemed us from the complete curse, then how do we walk in The Blessing that He has paid for? Quite simply, a biblical principle is that we only receive what we believe. If we believe He died for our sins, we receive everlasting life. Does everyone on earth receive everlasting life? No. Even though it is available to everyone and even though Jesus paid the price in full so that the whole world could be saved, only those who believe in Him and receive Him as their Lord and Savior actually acquire everlasting life.

But everlasting life is only one-third of The Blessing. What about health and prosperity?

A Bible word we rarely used is propitiation. The simplest definition for this word is substitute. First John 2:2 says, “And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.” Jesus paid the price we could not pay. He died for our sins so that we could live. He substituted His death for ours. Because He died, we will never die.

About seven hundred years before Jesus was born on the earth, Isaiah prophesied that a Messiah was coming who would be bruised for us. Jesus is the fulfillment of that prophesy and in First Peter 2:24 we are told that by His stripes we have been healed. He paid the price for our healing. He took pain upon His body so that we could live free from pain. He was our propitiation. He was our substitute.

The third part of the curse was poverty. In the same way that Jesus died so that we can live and in the same way that He took on sickness so we could be well, He also took on poverty so we could live in prosperity. In 2 Corinthians 8:9, the Bible says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.”

Although the prosperity message may not always be taught properly, and sometimes is even taught with the wrong motive, the truth is prosperity is a part of The Blessing and God fully expects us to receive completely all that He has sent Jesus to accomplish.

Heaven rejoices when someone receives eternal life. That is very true. “Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents” (Luke 15:10). But also there is great joy in heaven when a saint becomes prosperous. “…Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant” (Psalm 35:27).

Do not be deceived. God is the God of completeness. He doesn’t do things halfway. So when He sent Jesus to redeem us from the curse of the law, He redeemed us from all of it. And we receive that blessing according to our faith.

So, the next time somebody asks you, “Are you a health and wealth Christian?” you should stand up straight and boldly say, “Yes, I am, because I am a child of God, the God of The Blessing!”

Scripture References:
“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.”(Proverbs 13:22)

“I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the LORD, Who call you by your name, am the God of Israel.” (Isaiah 45:3)

“Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: ‘I am the LORD your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go.'” (Isaiah 48:17)

“For God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in His sight; but to the sinner He gives the work of gathering and collecting, that he may give to him who is good before God….” (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

Point To Jesus, Your Qualification

But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God —and righteousness and sanctification and redemption — 1 Corinthians 1:30

When the devil accuses us of having done wrong and tells us that we don’t deserve God’s blessings, what should we do? Well, the Lord showed me one day what we are to do. We are to point everything back to Jesus, who qualifies us for all of God’s blessings.

So when the devil says, “You are not righteous enough,” just look to Jesus and declare, “He is my righteousness!”

When the devil says, “You are not holy enough,” just look to Jesus and declare, “He is my sanctification!”

When the devil says, “You don’t deserve to be healed,” just look to Jesus and declare, “By His stripes I am healed!”

When the devil says, “You don’t qualify for the blessing,” just look to Jesus and declare, “He is my qualification!”

Each time you point everything back to Jesus, the devil has nothing to say because Jesus qualifies you for all of God’s blessings. In and of yourself, you do not qualify. Without Christ, there is nothing good in you which can qualify you.

But with Christ, your disqualification becomes your qualification for the undeserved, unearned and unmerited blessings of God. And because God puts your life in Christ (Colossians 3:3), who is the all-deserving one, you become all-deserving. Because you are in Christ, you are qualified.

Jesus qualifies you because He died for you and gave you a blood-bought right to every blessing of God. You have a blood-bought right to a life full of meaning, purpose and abundance. You have a blood-bought right to walk in divine health. You have a blood-bought right to provision even when the economy is bad. You have a blood-bought right to preferential treatment because God favors you. You have a blood-bought right to the good life!

My friend, you have a right to all these blessings not because you are good, but because Jesus shed His blood and qualified you to have them. So don’t let the devil or anyone tell you that you can’t expect to walk in the blessings of God!

Thought For The Day

You have a right to all the blessings of God because Jesus shed His blood and qualified you to have them.

God’s Provision Exceeds All Your Expectations

So Ruth the Moabitess said to Naomi, “Please let me go to the field, and glean heads of grain after him in whose sight I may find favor.”… Then she left, and went and gleaned in the field after the reapers. And she happened to come to the part of the field belonging to Boaz… – Ruth 2:2–3

Are you believing God for a certain breakthrough today? Trust the Lord to position you at the right place at the right time to experience His provision. Believe that He has gone before you and prepared a provision that will exceed your expectations!

If you’re trusting God for a life-partner, for example, look at the story of Ruth. Of all the fields that she could have stepped into to collect grain, the Lord led her to Boaz’s field! Boaz then fell in love with Ruth and the rest is history.

In the natural, all the odds were stacked against Ruth. She was a poor widow and a Moabitess (a foreigner). But that did not stop her from putting her trust in the Lord’s favor. Now, that favor not only led to the provision of grain for her and her mother-in-law, Naomi, it also led to the provision of a blessed life partner.

Beloved, God’s provision will exceed all your expectations! Ruth was only believing for grain, but the Lord exceeded her expectations and blessed her with Boaz! Believe with all your heart that Jesus can do the same for you!

Jesus knows the burdens we carry and the tears we shed, but He is the healer of broken hearts, broken dreams, and broken lives. Trust Him. He never fails.

Eternal Life, Health, and Prosperity

Jesus became our substitute and redeemed us from the whole curse of the law. The curse, and how Jesus redeemed us, basically consisted of three parts.

The curse:

1) Spiritual death
2) Sickness and disease
3) Poverty

The redemption:

1) Eternal life (Hebrews 9:12)
2) Health and healing (1 Peter 2:24)
3) Prosperity (2 Corinthians 8:9)

Unfortunately for them, many people stop after one third of the curse has been broken in their life. Jesus paid the price to break the entire curse of the law, which included poverty, sickness, and spiritual death. We are good at telling people they need to become spiritually alive. We even tell them that when Jesus died on the cross, He became a curse (Gal. 3:13) and because He was cursed, we’re not cursed anymore.

Why stop there? What about the curse of sickness and disease? What about the curse of poverty? He became our substitute in those things, too. The Scripture clearly tells us so. He paid the price you couldn’t pay so that you can be rich.

He took the curse of poverty for you and He paid the price. Second Corinthians 8:9 says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.”

This scripture can only mean that Jesus was the substitute for your poverty. He was the propitiation for that part of the curse of the law for you. It means that though He was so very rich (in heaven), yet for our sakes Jesus became like us (poor), so that we could become like Him (rich, enriched, and abundantly supplied)!

One time I heard a preacher say, “I don’t want to use the word ‘rich.’ I’m just going to say ‘doing well.'” Is it wrong to quote the Bible? Some denominations don’t want to use the word “blood” because they’re afraid it’s offensive. Other denominations don’t want to use the word “rich” because it’s offensive. Who decides which words we take out of the Bible and which ones we don’t?

I believe if you are healthy, spiritually alive and you’ve got some money in the bank, you can do more for the Gospel than if you’re lying on your back in a hospital with a dead spirit and you’re dead broke.

The devil does not want you living the Gospel. The Scripture says, “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8). What are the works of the devil? In John 10:10, Jesus tells us, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…” Sounds like the curse of the law to me. The devil wants to kill you. He wants you spiritually dead. He wants to steal from you. He wants to destroy your body. The devil wants you to live under the curse. Jesus shed His blood so you wouldn’t have to live under the curse.

THE 12 WELLS AND 70 PALM TREES :

Exodus 15:27 – Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters.

Would you like to know an important biblical key to divine health? It is found in today’s verse, which comes right after God says, “I am the Lord who heals you.” He said this to His people after He brought them out of Egypt. (Exodus15:26)

The wells of water and palm trees speak of refreshment. They paint a picture of an oasis in the desert. The Israelites rested and were refreshed there. But why the numbers 12 and 70?

There are no insignificant details in the Bible. The 12 wells of water and 70 palm trees represent anointed ministries that refresh you with God’s Word. So if you want to know Jesus as the Lord who heals you, sit under anointed preaching of God’s Word because when His Word goes forth, it will heal you. His Word is medicine to all your flesh! (Proverbs 4:22)

How did I make that connection? Let the Bible interpret the Bible. Matthew 10:1 says that when Jesus had “called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.” He sent out the 12 and said to them, “And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons…” (Matthew 10:7–8)

Then, in Luke 10:1, the Lord “appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go”. He also said to the 70, “And heal the sick there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’” (Luke 10:9)

In other words, Jesus anointed the 12 and then the 70 disciples to preach God’s Word and heal the sick. Today, if you want refreshment, if you want health and healing, don’t sit under ministries that tell you that God doesn’t always want to heal and that He sometimes gives you diseases to teach you lessons. Instead, sit under anointed ministries that preach the good news and practice healing the sick. My friend, that is how you can begin to walk in divine health!

‘I Will Be Your God’

… and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Hebrews 8:10

When God says, “I will be your God,” that is a declaration that He will work miracles in your life. So if it is a miracle you need, it is a miracle you will get!

If there is a huge sea blocking the way to your blessing and God says, “I will be your God,” it means that He will open the sea for you so that you can receive your blessing.

If you are poor and God says, “I will be your God,” it means that you will be well-provided for. Since God fed nearly three million Israelites in the wilderness every single day for 40 years, you can be sure that God will provide for you too.

If you are sick and God says, “I will be your God,” it means that He is going to be “the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26), and you will be healthy.

If you have incurred a huge debt and God says, “I will be your God,” it means that He will bring about a supernatural cancellation of your debt.

But not only did God say, “I will be their God,” He also said, “they shall be My people”.

To be God’s people means to be the protected ones. Not all on earth are God’s people — only we who are redeemed by the blood of Christ. During times of uncertainties, God says to you, “You shall be My people.” This means that you are protected from all pestilences, plagues, attacks and destruction.

Even when you hear people say that the economic crisis is coming, God says to you, “You shall be My people.” This means that you don’t have to worry or be anxious. The crisis will not affect you. Regardless of the situation in the world, you are protected and you will walk in the blessings of God.

God’s power comes into every challenge you face when He says to you, “I will be your God and you shall be My people.” You will experience the supernatural life. Your part is to believe what He declares and act like it is so!

Thought For The Day
God’s power comes into every challenge you face because He says that He is your God and you are His people.

THE GOD OF ABUNDANCE

John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

2 Corinthians 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

Philippians 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 11:32 And what more shall I say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: 33 who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

GOD IS A GOD OF ABUNDANCE NOT LACK AND HE ISN’T A HOARDER BUT A GIVER. HIS WEALTH, POWER, RICHES, RESOURCES AND MIGHT ARE UNLIMITED AND HE GLADLY GIVES IT TO HIS TRUSTING SERVANTS JUST LIKE HAS DONE TO ABRAHAM AND JOB:

Genesis 13: 1 Then Abram went up from Egypt, he and his wife and all that he had, and Lot with him, to the South. 2 Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold.

Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil. 2 And seven sons and three daughters were born to him. 3 Also, his possessions were seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen, five hundred female donkeys, and a very large household, so that this man was the greatest of all the people of the East.

GOD DEMONSTRATED HIS GOODNESS AND PROSPERITY WISHES FOR HIS PEOPLE WHEN HE BROUGHT THEM OUT OF THEIR CAPTIVITY IN EGYPT AND SPOILED THEM WITH THE ENORMOUS WEALTH OF EGYPT

Psalms 105:36 He also destroyed all the firstborn in their land, The first of all their strength. 37 He also brought them out with silver and gold, And there was none feeble among His tribes. 38 Egypt was glad when they departed, For the fear of them had fallen upon them. 39 He spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to give light in the night. 40 The people asked, and He brought quail, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.41 He opened the rock, and water gushed out; It ran in the dry places like a river. 42 For He remembered His holy promise, And Abraham His servant. 43 He brought out His people with joy, His chosen ones with gladness. 44 He gave them the lands of the Gentiles, And they inherited the labor of the nations, 45 That they might observe His statutes And keep His laws. Praise the LORD!

GOD LOVES TO BLESS HIS TRUSTING CHILDREN WITH THE WEALTH OF THE GENTILES

Isaiah 60:

5 Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.

11 Therefore your gates shall be open continually; They shall not be shut day or night, That men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles, And their kings in procession.

Hebrews 6:13 For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, 14 saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.” 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

YES WITH GOD BY FAITH HIS TRUSTING ONES CAN HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF EVERYTHING; AN ABUNDANCE OF THE GIFTS AND FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT, ABUNDANCE OF HEALTH AND HEALING, ABUNDANCE OF POWER, ABUNDANCE OF WEALTH, ABUNDANCE OF STRENGTH AND ABUNDANCE OF EVERY GOOD THING. GOD’S WORD IS TRUE:

2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

Exercise Your Rights

He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. – Isaiah 53:5

Jesus came to earth and gave Himself as a sacrifice for sin in order to buy back for you everything that Adam lost. He came to destroy all the works of the devil…sickness and disease included. Once you receive Him as Lord of your life, all the rights and privileges God originally intended you to have (the right to things like fellowship with God, health and prosperity) are restored.

But you are the one who has to exercise those rights!

You see, the devil is an outlaw and even though Jesus has taken away his authority in the earth, even though he has no legal right to kill or steal from the children of God, he’ll do it anyway…as long as you’ll let him get away with it.

You must enforce his defeat by speaking the Word of God in faith. Act on His Word now. Demand that sickness and disease leave you in the Name of Jesus. Then refuse to back off that demand. Resist the devil with all you’ve got. He might fight you for a while, but sooner or later, he will have to flee from you!

RESTORATION

DA

As a believer, you have a right to expect restoration of the things that the devil has stolen from you. It may be your health, marriage or finances, but payback time is definitely coming!

Acts 3:20–21 tells us that before Jesus comes back for His church, we will experience “the times of restoration of all things”. What a hope that gives us, knowing that God will restore to us all things before Jesus returns!

Job 42:10 And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

James 5:16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Ancient Of Days, I join my brothers and sisters in one accord, we exalt You for not changing in our lives throughout last week, we magnify You for keeping Your word and we reverence You for fulfilling Your promises for our lives, in our lives and through our lives throughout last week, we say, O Lord, receive all the glory, honour, adoration and majesty for in Jesus Name, we worship. Amen, Amen and Amen.

Great Ordainer, we worship You for according us the privilege to be part and parcel of Your purpose in this week, we adore You for giving us the opportunity to be counted among the living today, we bury our wills in Your own will, we declare from the bottom of our hearts, O Lord, Your will is what we desire in this week and nothing else and we decree let Your will, O Lord be done in our lives, and through our lives to Your glory in Jesus Name. Amen, Amen and Amen.

Blood Of Cleansing, Lord Jesus, we come before You today, we ask You to wash us through Your Blood, purify us again, purge us with hyssop that we may be clean, wash us that we shall be whiter than snow, revive our thoughts Lord and renew our minds again, we pray Thee to give us uncommon grace to forgive as many that has sinned against us even though some cases looks so hard but we look unto You to make it simpler to glorify Yourself in Jesus Name. Amen, Amen and Amen.

O Lord Of Praises, we praise Your Name and we lift You high, in this week, Lord, we pray for divine supernatural revolution in every areas of our lives to Your glory, we desire to experience Your open heaven of uncontrollable divine signs, wonders, miracles and testimonies and may we become the embodiment of Your blessings and testimonies throughout this week and for the rest of our days to Your glory and to the upliftment of Your throne, we ask this through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen, Amen and Amen

When you know you’re God’s beloved, and that He’s on your side (Rom 8:31), you’ll trust Him to win the fights of life for you!  It doesn’t matter that are facing a seemingly impossible challenge, begin sharing your concerns with Jesus and thanking Him that His mighty hands are bigger than any problem. As you give thanks and magnify His presence in your life, His grace and power go to work on your behalf!

I pray God shows Himself strong in every area of your life. May the Lord’s presence be felt in your times of troubles, sickness, loneliness, helplessness and hopelessness. May the God of Hope fill your every void and cause you to come into His Love, Joy and Peace right now and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen

Whatever you are facing today, rest easy knowing that Jesus not only perfectly understands all that you are going through, but has also placed all His power, authority and resources on your side to help you.

Restoration and abundant prosperity is available for those who repent of all their sins, make proper restoration, and accept all that God has to offer them. God is a God of restoration and He restores those things that have been lost for His  sake. He has promised in His word that if anyone loses their home or loved ones  or material possessions for Jesus sake and the sake of the Gospel, He will  restore it to them here this life, as well as giving them rich rewards in  the life to come. (Mark 10:29-30a, Matthew 19:29).

Acts 7:9-10

Joseph lost when his own brothers sold him into slavery and he went through extreme hardship and trial. But in the end God brought him up from a prison to a place. He raised up to a high posistion and give him riches and honor and prestige. He also gave him a house and a wife and children of his own, as well as an  inheritance in the twelve tribes of Israel. He also restored to him his very father and brothers whom he loved, even relocating his family to live  near him in Egypt during the time of famine!  And just like God took care of His servants in His word so will He take care of His servants who trust Him. He is the God of all provision and is not limited to natural resources.  His supply and His bounty are without limits, for He owns the cattle on a thousand hills and all power and all riches are His.  He has promised too and is to provide for the needs of His trusting ones.  He is able to ake care of them  and restore them just as He did for His servants Joseph and Daniel and Job!

When Daniel, the nobleman’s son who was carried into captivity, ripped  away from family and friend and possessions, God took care of him and  cause him to prosper and give him a home. He kept him secure through  the reigns of multiple kings. He showered him with riches and placed him in a position of prestige and authority, and even shut  the mouth of hungry lions  and destroyed His enemies for his sake. God’s word is true:

Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?” Then Daniel said to the king, “O king, live forever! “My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.” Then the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God.  And the king gave the command, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions-them, their children, and their wives; and the lions overpowered them, and broke all their bones in pieces before they ever came to the bottom of the den.

Then King Darius wrote: To all peoples, nations, and languages that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied to you. I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end.  He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. Daniel 6:19-27

Job, a man who was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil, suffered through no fault or wrong doing of his own.  He walked blameless before God in purity of heart and in  holiness of deed.  Yet the devil attacked him, causing him to lose his  children and livestock and riches in a moment of time.  His own  health failed him as painful sickness came upon his physical body.  But God  did not abandon him in his despair. In  the end, He restored to Job a family of beautiful children and twice  as many of the material possessions as he previously had because God is a God of restoration. His word is true:

Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord-that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. James 5:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive. Jeremiah 29:11-14
